I rated 3, because remember this is not a hotel, it states as "motel." If this is a hotel, I would rate 1 or 2. this is a place where it's next to sea within a budget, most of the rooms are spacious. But all of them looks pretty dull and basic. Need a major renovation especially toilets and shower...

We were staying there for 5 nights, having beach front room. It's simple place but provides real local atmosphere. You can feel a bit like living in local village (of course with all western convenience like air con :-)) Lady who is the manager of this facility is the most helpful person in the world!! She was always when needed...

We stayed here 4 years ago and loved it. But this year, we were saddened at the decline of this little hotel. The room was shabby. The restaurant was not as active and less than interested staff served us. I had read about rats here but was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, there were mouse...

We decided at 10 a clock at night to another hotel as it could be dangerous for our health to sleep in a place like these. To be honest when we saw the toilet and the mould we felt worried but it was a detail to wat we found when we opened the bed... It only got worse when I...

Beautiful setting for the hotel right on the beach. Our room had a balcony which was lovely to sit on if you didn't fancy going to the beach. We had a simple room with a garden view and was only a couple of minutes from the beach. The beds were fine and had a mosquito net and the bathroom was...

I love this place! All crew very nice and helpful. They speak good English as well. Rooms are simple but very clean. Nice restaurant maybe bit more expensive than one in the town, but food good! If you are looking for a nice peaceful place with great beach do not look any further

Collected by friendly staff from airport, greeted with a glass of pineapple juice. First room a little noisy as near Cockrill, so moved to first floor for extra 5$ a night, quite basis but clean, lovely staff always smiling and even have a pet rabbit! Right on the beach a lovely relaxing affordable stay - would recommend!

This place was a disaster. Dirty. Very outdated and extremely rude and unresponsive staff and ownership. Our room was $100/night for an ocean view. The room was dark, outdated and dirty and should have been $40/ night max. The bathroom had spiders and spiderwebs, was dirty and had partially used shampoos left by the hotel for us. The common area...

We went there with a group of 10 people and stayed there for 3nights. We are probably the only local group at the motel that time. It is nice and cozy. We can feel the atmosphere of traditional culture. And the staff are friendly and always ready to help us. The location is OK but it would be better without...
