The Bellavista is under new ownership: the owner is fantastic, very engaging and helpful. The rooms are rustic yet extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. The location is right on a beach and a short walk from town. There is a beautiful swamp within view of some of the rooms, the sounds of the frogs and the crashing surf are amazing....

We loved this place. Danny was a great host with much attention to detail. Was very honest about where the best places to eat were. Had a good selection of wine and beer for sale. Right across the street from a beach. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Gianni has only owned the hotel for one year and he will do his utmost to make sure your visit is enjoyable. The beach is narrow and rocky- great for swimming and snorkeling the reefs but not so great for laying out but you could! Our room was the smallest in the hotel but truly oceanfront so you can listen...

We stayed here for our stopover and just walked in from the panga pier. The room and the bathroom were the nicest we had in our four week stay in Nicaragua, the breakfast was good and to go to the beach, you only have to cross a small road and can jump right in... That said, 40$ for a nice...

We stayed at hotel bellavista for one night before our flight out from the Corn Islands. The room was spacious, air conditioned, well-furnished, and clean. My boyfriend was feeling sick the next morning but we had a late afternoon flight. The owners were very sweet letting us do late check out so he could stay in bed. We highly recommend...

A group of friends stayed there for two nights and we had a nice and comfortable stay. The beach is right in front. The bedrooms are very good. The owner was very friendly, made us feel welcome and gave us a map with several recomendations.

We just finished a 4 day stay at Bellavista and had a wonderful time. We had a bungalow and it was super spacious, clean and simply decorated, with a large shared balcony. And while the property is not directly on the beach, thanks to the government putting a road in last June, it is a 5 second walk across a...

Firstly, If I could give this 3 and half stars I would. The hotel is located on the south of the island and in a perfect location for watching the sunsets. However the snorkeling is best on the north end where the reef is. Saying that, it doesn't really matter where you stay as you can get around big corn...
