This 'bed and breakfast' is situated on the River Vecht and is based in a working dairy farm The standard of the facilities is high and there are a variety of options on offer from single rooms to apartments. Your visit is tailored to your needs and there is plenty to do in the area. They make Gouda 'boerenkaas' (farmers...

Extremely comfortable and well appointed B&B that exceeds expectation. My room was spacious and clean, with a luxurious bathroom. The common kitchen area is modern and up to date. Returning to de Willigen I stayed in one of the apartments which were equally well thought out and had all the mod cons. It's an excellent location to come with kids,...

Our 4 kids loved watching the cow milking and holding the lambs. We stocked up on cheese! Very friendly and welcoming family. Beautiful location right on the river. Close to Amsterdam, Hague, Haarlem.

It's a farm with a few buildings. Our one had two small, clean and comfortable rooms. Both rooms shared one bathroom, but it was not problem at all. The stuff (the owners) were very friendly. Our room, which was the last of the buildings, had a beautiful view to the "vecht" (river, lake). There were also couple of tables and...

I had to stay there for one night on business and it was a bit of a drive on narrow lanes to get to it. However, the view in the morning makes up for it. My room overlooked the river and apparently there is a boat available in case you want to go to the other side and walk around...

We stayed in a converted barn which had 3 new apartments finished to an extremely high standard. We were there on a self catering basis but bed and breakfast was also available. We stayed in one of the 2 bed roomed ones and found everything we could want for our stay. The location on the banks of the River Vecht...

After so many years, I am still enjoying this B&B. After a busy working day in Amsterdam City, only have to drive 13 km by car (maximum 15 minutes driving) and then can enjoy this quite location at the border of the river Vecht. The small village is in front of the B&B, at the other side of the river....

A delightful place to stay, we had a large comfortable room overlooking the river. The included breakfast was excellent and a kitchen was available if you wished to do self-catering, we didn't. A peaceful location on a cheese farm.

“Have a look on the website of this B&B and get an impression of the rooms. Make your choice either according to yur budget, either according to your comfort wishes. Excellent price/quality balance. In the winter I prefer the room wiht the buble bad, during summer time I prefer a room on the ground floor with terrace and seats outside.”
