Stayed for a six nights at Sazani Beach Lodge and didnt want to leave. Sazani is one of these rare places with a laid-back atmosphere where you instantly feel welcomed and the place immediately turn into a natural living room. Alif, the manager, is a great guy who is always keen to check in how the status is and brings...

My husband and I spent four days at this beautiful place. If you're searching for a relaxed place, stunning location and tranquility, this is it. The beach is amazing, the bungalows clean and with a lovely view of the turquoise ocean, the staff is friendly and service minded, the restaurant is good and last, but not least, and the beach...

We went as a couple and were treated like royalty. Alif the manager made our stay very pleasant and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. It is eco friendly while giving back to the local community. Keep up the good work. We will come back when in Zanzibar

I stayed for six excellent days at Sazani (booked for five originally but didn't want to leave!) and had an amazing time. It's a perfect place to stay if you want a chilled out, private holiday but still want the option to go to the restaurants & bars in Nungwi town. The beach is gorgeous, and you aren't plagued by...

If you are looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle with pristine blue waters, a stunning beach, great staff and delicious food - then Sazani Beach Lodge is the place for you! I love the simple style and friendly staff. Sazani is located a few minutes away from the main beach at Nungwi which is wonderful because you...

We had a fantastic time at Sazani Beach Lodge. Located at possibly the best beach in Nungwi, clear blue waters and white sands, its perfect for those looking for a relaxed holiday vibe. Its not too far from Nungwi town but secluded enough for those looking to get away from the crowd and touting. The staff was what made the...

My friend and I had a fabulous stay at Sazani Beach Lodge. It is a beautiful and relaxed place and the fact that Sazani is an Eco Lodge really appealed given the amount of development there is on Zanzibar. The staff were friendly and helpful. Alif organised us airport transfers and a beautiful sunset cruise which was great and all...

This is a two part review- our experience at the hotel as guests, and the help they gave us in a time of crisis! Firstly, Sazani is located on the East side of Nungwi, which is a little way away from the main town. We loved this, as it meant it was so quiet. It was easy enough to get...

My sons and I had a triple room at Sazani. The room was big enough for the 3 beds without it feeling cramped. Nice verandah on which morning tea would be served before breakfast. It is on a very lovely stretch of beach - no beach sellers and you feel like you are on a private beach. Very peaceful and...
