(I stayed in Rm 35.) Florentina Homes is a delightful treasure. It's arty, kitchy, and the rooms are comfy, even if the wifi is rarely working! Sleeping before 9pm is near to impossible (my fault for being old), the hotel is located next to a busy street and rooms are either facing the street or right above Gabby's restaurant where...

The place is very cute and kitschy. Value for money in terms of the room rates. Food is cheap but lousy. The only nice thing I can say about he food is that it fills your belly at a cheap price, but warning! You might get indigestion if you don't have a strong stomach. They don't put their towels and...

Basic amenities but nicely executed in every room and in the hallways. I have stayed here twice already. It's a nice, quiet respite from the downtown area. My room had a little veranda and I can't help but feel like I am abroad or in a story book and not in Dumaguete city. Tower room is also a nice experience....

Home is a selling point. Most inns or hotels or hostels would offer you that. And while a lot would succeed in presenting, very few can actually deliver. Look and mood combined, that is. Because home is a feeling. And it's the feeling that you get here. If that vibe is important to you, and is welcome to the idea...

Each room is painstakingly original and well thought of. Owned and run by a very artistic family, one can certainly take time to appreciate the details they put into every part of this place. Extremely comfortable and also fun to look at, it is quite an experience to stay at this place. For bigger groups, best you take the apartments...

I did not want to leave my room during my stay in Dumaguete since the place is too nice to look at and very comfortable to sleep with. I hope they have more rooms to accommodate more guests. They can improve the restaurant - Gabby's Bistro

I do not think you would describe this place as "high end" - but it is a little gem of a place nonetheless. There are numerous rooms of varying sizes, right up to apartment size. We were a couple of floors up but the rooms were very clean with a very relaxing (and not over the top) colour scheme. The...

I have reviewed this hotel before - and gave it the same rating: 5. Wonderful to know that everything is the same, except better. WONDERFUL for families. The suites have two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen area (which we did not use), the swimming pool is clean and clear with a good slide that my kids love. Good...

A really cosy hotel. The staff are very welcoming :) Stayed in a appartment called Cordoba. They could wash the linens more often, and the restaurant needs a little upgrade when it comes to efficiency and service. But beside that, I think is one of the best hotels in Dumaguete city.

We really enjoyed our stay in Florentina. The pool area is very relaxing, the breakfast is varied and good, the staff is very friendly, chill atmosphere - which are all a bonus to the apartelle itself that offers all the basic conveniences one can ask for when on travel.
