The views from this hotel are simply breathtaking. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and watching the clouds and rain pass through the Ella gap. The hotel itself is rather simple. The rooms do not come with air conditioning, although we were perfectly comfortable without it. As others have commented you will have a few visitors in... More

This hotel is up the hill, and provides the best view you could imagine. However, the staff greeting we received was a little casual and the breakfast was pretty average. The room was fine, with that beautiful view. Overall we felt the price of the hotel wasn't worth the money.

the view is amazing, the place is beautiful. from our room we could hear all that happened in the dining room, just a floor above us. the food was not at it best but the room was comfortable, clean and big. no AC for those who are suffering from heating.

We stayed there for one night break after hiking around and climbing Little Adam's Peak. The room was spacious with a huge open private terrace. There were stunning views from it. The food was well cooked, but very basic. the staff was very polite and attentive.

So, we reach the resort and it's beautiful. However, the windows in the room are very poorly built. A barking dog ruined the first night for us, a Buddhist funeral woke us up at 6am the next day. Not to mention having ALL the windows closed, but still having giant flying bugs visit us a few times a night. The... More

This was one of my favorite hotels in Sri Lanka. The mountain views are amazing at all times of the day. Sunrises were really fantastic. I liked the color scheme in the room. The bed was really comfortable. There's a ceiling fan but no A/C. Breakfast was very basic but a decent amount of food. The best part was eating... More

Hotel was good, very good location facing beautiful mountains. We saw beautiful and best sunrise here. Room was of good size but without aircon and it was hot in the night. We were hoping to see monkeys here but someone from the hotel was throwing stones at monkeys saying that when they come to the hotel, they spoil things like... More

Welcome by friendly staff and a cold fresh juice then Ire amazed by the view. Staff packed our breakfast for us when we had an early start. The rooms were clean albeit basic. Comfy beds and hot water and ceiling fan. Beautifully maintained cottage gardens and fish tank made us feel at home. Food choices were limited but done very... More
