Just got back from this hotel and I have to say it was lovely, spotlessly clean and right on the beach.Quick check in even tho we arrived early hours of the morning, the gentleman on the desk told us there was cold food prepared for us at the pool bar, nice touch.Very few British people there but everyone was nice...

Another great return holiday at the Ariadne. Nice to see returning friends from Austria, Switzerland, France, Holland and Germany. Speaks volumes for the quality of the hotel when you see people who you have made friends with. The thing that we like is no turnover in staff in the times we have visited in as much that we are treated...

Just leaving the Ariadne after a week full board with my eight year old daughter. The hotel is situated nearer to stalis than malia but is right on the beach and main road where there are plenty of other hotels, tavernas and shops etc. The hotels grounds and buildings are immaculate and even though family run- it's a large complex...

My wife and myself have stayed at the Ariadne Hotel quite a few years now after originally staying at the Moonlight across the road. I can honestly say that Kostas, the manager, has always been polite and helpful. He and Georgios, the owner, have always been in the restaurant at meal times to oversee the serving and quality of the...

My wife & I have stayed at the family owned Ariadne many times & have always found Kostas (the manager ) to be very polite & helpful. Robert s must know cooking "to order" is totally different from feeding in excess of 200 people ( of many nationalities ) over a 2 hour period. We have many friends both, continental...

We had stayed several times at the Moonlight Hotel but this time decided to stay somewhere a bit more upmarket. We weren't really bothered about staying half board, as we prefer to eat out in the evenings, but the only choice was half board. We have used the pool and bar facilities on previous holidays and found them to be...

We stayed at Ariadne Beach Hotel from 12/09/2015 until 19/09/2015. The hotel is very nice for that price, in my opinion outwardly it could be 4 starts as well. The buildings are renovated, the garden is beautiful and well-kept, the pool area as well. We were with our 19 month-old baby, and we never had a problem with high chairs,...

Just had an excellent 2 week holiday at the Ariadne. Forget all the news hyperbole of muggings, beggars and no money in the resorts there was none of this at all. We were met by friendly people and made to feel very welcome. Money exchange in the travel shop opposite the hotel was 1.31/1.32euros to the pound. The hotel was...

We stay at Ariadne in Aug 2015. The room was excellent. We had a deluxe room at the 1st floor with sea view. The room was wery nice and clean. The hotel is located near the beach, away from the noise of the main road. The food was ok, with plenty of choices.

“If you havent already booked a sea-view room, do so immediately you arrive at reception on your first day. There's usually an upcharge but not a huge amount and it's very well worth it. Also, if you are able to persuade them to let you have one of the ground floor rooms in the block adjacent to the poolside bar, the wifi (from the bar, which is free) will stretch to your verandah, if not the pool itself! Set the cost of buying a local wifi dongle against the upcharge and you have no real argument...”
