We were recommended La Volpina by friends who had heard we were going to Puglia. So we contacted Susan and Beppe. We are delighted we did! The B&B was fantastic. We had a large room with a huge bed and en suite facilities. The breakfasts were a fabulous mixture of home made goodies (bread, jam and cakes) and local produce....

Just as other reviewers have said, Susan and Beppe made our stay lovely. We were the only renters here so had the upper level all to ourselves. Susan gave us good recommendations for lunch and touring and called a friend to schedule a tour of an olive oil factory that she uses to press their own olives. The breakfast included...

If you are in Martina Franca this is a brilliant place to stay. It is quite close to the centre with a car but feels rural when you are in the grounds. There are even a couple of trulli nearby. Susan and Beppe are warm, welcoming hosts and made our visit like a home from home. Nothing is too much...

The breakfasts were splendid, with Susan's home made bread and cake, and jam made from their fruit trees. We felt we were...

What a lovely B&B. The proprietors are absolutely lovely, and incredibly generous. The property is beautiful. The breakfast extraordinary. Great advice too. We had a great time. Our bed was very comfortable. The room spacious and clean. The area was really good for walks, which is an often rare thing in Italy. And of course, nearby is a lesson in...

Wonderful B&B in beautiful setting. Susan has lived in Italy for over 20 years, is Scottish and married to an Italian, she is a delightful, welcoming hostess, full of interesting suggestions for visits in the area. Breakfast is amazing with home baked bread and cake, home made jams and marmalade from their own fruit trees. Definitely visit La Volpina for...
