Spent nearly a week at this castle, and what an unwind that was. Everything from the atmosphere around the castle itself, the rooms, the service, the wine and not at least the food cooked by Mama Anna, made this a very special place. A place to return to, for sure.

The car park could have had a better covering than gravel as this was difficult to pull your suitcase over. The greeting was friendly, the wine tasting very informative and good value for money. Grounds well kept, a good place to relax. Signage not the best

It was an amazing experience , in exceptional surroundings with very wonderful welcoming staff, I would recommend this castle to anyone who likes tranquil and beautiful medieval establishment combined with exceptional natural landscapes of Tuscany.

was only here for 1 night, but i absolutely loved it! the grounds are gorgeous with amazing views in every direction. the rooms have an old, castle-like feel (besides the modern bathroom), but are spotless and comfortable. this is the perfect place to come for a relaxing and quiet stay revolving around food & wine :) we had lovely dinner...

My wife and I stopped in for a brief overnight stay for our trip to Tuscany. The manager, Victor, was overwhelmingly kind, gracious, friendly, and accomodating with our arrangements. He set us up with a private cooking lesson with the chef, who was magnificent and wildly talented, and his excellent assistant. He also provided us with an impromptu tasting seminar...

Good stay, but needs to be cleaner, and kitchen utensils need upgrade. Need to get rid of millipedes. Shower booth was complicated to use, it was a stow away kind of booth, that had to be put together prior to use, but does not contain splashing water very well. Bed was clean and comfortable. Supper at their restaurant was expensive...

This is the perfect place to stay in the middle of Italian Chianti country. A true castle with a wonderful staff in a quite setting. Don't miss the sunsets from the top of the tower. Enjoyed the meals in their restaurant. They also have cooking classes. We especially loved enjoying a bottle of their wine in front of their fireplace...

Because of a foul up in our room assignment we were upgraded to the suite at the top of the tower. It is a large, beautiful set of rooms with a jacussi and small fridge with lovely views of the surounding countryside. If you cannot manage to carry your bags up about 80 stairs this room is not for you....

4 story tower room is a unique and private experience, assuming you can take the stairs. Breakfast is above average but dinner is a little redundant with the same menu every day. Customer service is perfect but it is a little hard to find and rough on the shocks. Would I do it again?? Hell yes

We stayed here for the first time 8 years ago, and although expensive at the time ... "I was staying at a Castle in Tuscany :-)”!!! The service was superb back then, unfortunately, the same cannot be said for my most recent stay; minimal effort was made by the reception staff, when you could get their attention, and we saw...
