We spent 2 weeks in the hotel in August 2016. We've got great apartment (near swiming pool) consist of 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a badroom. We booked it with breakfest only. The whole hotel area was well kept and we loved to walk there and admire the view to the surrounding landscape. The staff were very nice and...

Thanks to a booking error, I’m able to provide insights both into Hotel Vittoria, and the Pian dei Mucini resort. We arrived not knowing the difference between these two entities, but to cut a long story short, spent our first night in three double rooms in Hotel Vittoria. (For the record, we had booked a ‘Family Room’ in the resort,...

We spent a week in the hotel in May 2016. It was the low season so the hotel was almost empty. We got a spacious apartment consisting of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Two large terraces with a table and chairs were very useful. We booked it with beakfast only as e preffered make our...

Welcome - there was none. They could not find our booking. They then threatened to move us rooms after one night. Room was basic. Hospital type corridors. Service - poor. Food was sockingly bad. I forgot it was in Tuscany. No fresh coffee at breakfast, stale cake, orange squash instead of juice. The manager /front desk was appaling. He was...

The location of the resort is beautiful. The views over the toscany hills are perfect. Also the pools are great to play and swim, but missing some water slides or other water entertainment for the kids. The restaurant is serving local italian food, the food is good as far as I can judge as a dutch tourist.

nice setting but personally found it too busy with lots of families with young children from Europe. Most rooms do not have aircon and it was stifling hot on the first night so we complained in the morning and were eventually given a room with aircon which were kept for "emergencies". Staff very pleasant and food in pizzeria is recommended...

Beautiful resort in a picturesque location 5k outside the lovely Tuscan town of Massa Marittima. Easy to find if you use AA Routefinder. We had a large double room but try to book one on first floor with a balcony or terrace. Room/bathroom very clean and beds comfortable. Our room had a small fridge for beers and water. Resort comprises...

We checked out of the hotel early after quickly realising the staff could barely speak English and were not helpful. If you do book here prepare yourself for mission impossible to actually find the resort. Once we arrived to the resort we were pleased with the views and surroundings however that was quickly sapped from us when we realised the...
