We will be visiting in the end of June will be in Bergen for a couple of days. How long is the drive, and is it possibles to get there by car? It looks like there may be a ferry if so what are there hours and cost. We were thinking about staying a night or 2 with your hotel.

Hi. It is approx 3+hours drive from Bergen to the car ferry destined for Balestrand, which takes approx 15 mins, followed by a 10min drive to Kviknes hotel, Balestrand. No idea of the cost or timetables as these were included in our tour.
The visit to Balestrand and hotel is well worth the effort, the location is magnificent. Do hope this info is helpful. Margaret
