To say it was huge is not an exaggeration by any means. The bed was so large we used semaphore to communicate! The bathroom was also huge, containing a larger than normal shower,...

What a fabulous place. Beautiful surroundings. We stayed in The Pebbles Room. Large airy room very comfortable bed and gorgeous linens. Large ensuite with lovely products. Plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk replenished daily. A selection of biscuits left on the tray and each afternoon a slice of home made cake to enjoy. A breakfast menu is left...

.... is second to none. I'm not sure what to add in addition to what others have said about this delightful place. One of the best bed and breakfast establishments we have had the pleasure to visit. We stayed in the suite - a large room overlooking the beautiful garden, with sumptuous bed and three piece lounge suite. Large ensuite...

Clean and honestly the most comfy bed we have ever stayed in. We had such a good nights sleep! Home made flapjacks...

Lovely Victorian House in a quiet spot just 10 minutes walk through the Main Street of Budleigh Salterton to the beach. Spacious room with lovely big bathroom, with bath and walk in shower. Excellent breakfast with great choice of fresh fruits and cereals and hot breakfast cooked to order. Loved the home baked treats left in the room each day.

So peaceful and very beautiful with a giant monkey puzzle tree rising out of the middle of the lawn. The setting is fabulous and the house Victorian. The staircase is beautiful and so...
