This was among the highlights of our first trip to England. Our accommodations were spacious, attractive and comfortable. This is a working farm, family managed. Our experience was outstanding from e-mail correspondence until departure and the only location which allowed us to pay in advance via credit card. Wydon Farm excels in generous hospitality. Breakfasts were fit for a king...

Great little place in a beautiful and peaceful area. It's a 20 minute walk from the village itself but Linda was kind enough to give us a lift there and even offered to collect us. Great breakfast and local advice available.

Fantastic room in converted barn on a working farm. Beautiful rooms with friendly and helpful hosts (Linda and John). Breakfast that will set you up for the day. We loved the peace and quiet of the location yet a 15-20 minute walk takes you to Haltwhistle where enjoyable evening meals were consumed at The Black Bull Inn and the Fort,...

We stayed at Wydon Farm for one night only but thoroughly enjoyed the experience. It is perfectly located just off the main road but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside. We stayed in the Willow room which had a lovely comfortable four poster bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower and whirlpool...

We stayed at the Wydon Farm B&B on two occasions for two nights in Sept., 2016. We booked through an on line service for the first stay and direct with with Linda for a 2nd stay. The rooms are great, the breakfasts are great, location is great and Linda is great. Clean, spacious, well appointed rooms in a very quiet...

Where to start?! The location and the scenery and the breakfast and the room were all superb, but perhaps best of all was the warm welcome we received and the assistance in phoning on to our hotel in London when we had no use of our own phones. You will feel pampered and appreciated and well taken care of should...

Stayed one night but would love to have stayed longer. Very convenient for visiting Hadrian's wall. Beautiful barn conversions separate from main farmhouse with vaulted ceiling, four poster bed and large bath as well as shower - just what the doctor ordered after a day walking. Also mini fridge - handy for storing provisions if walking. Linda is very friendly...

My family of four stayed one night in Wydon Farm while visiting Hadrian's Wall and wish we could have stayed longer! We were a little skeptical when we drove down the one-lane farm road dodging sheep to get to it, but once we arrived the owner was waiting to show us to our family room in a converted stable house...

The best b&b we have ever stayed in! Such lovely rooms, excellent service and a wonderful breakfast! We were even able to dry our tent in an outbuilding! The rooms are spacious with excellent bathrooms, comfortable, cosy and warm on an unseasonably chilly August night. A really delightful place.

Stayed here a few weeks ago with group of cyclists, agree finding it was a trek but once there lovely comfortable and without a shadow of a doubt the best breakfast at an overnight stop I've ever had. Freshly cooked dropped scones and lovely variety of whatever you wished for. Would recommend without any doubt.
