My girlfriend and I stayed there for two nights this summer. The hotel itself is great and well located. They have some good tours from the hotel (in particular the horseback riding tour, where we visited "Leonardo Da Vinci's" farm). We had a nice room...More
Hotel jasmine is worth staying for the views along. The place was clean and it's easy to get in and out of the town centre by taxi. The tour info desk inside is very good fororganising tours and transport to your next place. Food was...More
The first thing you have to remember with Cuba is that you cannot judge any of it by American or European standards; by and large Cuba has a long way to go before it reaches those. However, this hotel is not half bad and certainly...More
We arrived for a couple of days before heading off to our next destination. Vinales itself was great fun and we took the kids out on a 2 hour horse ride which was well worth doing. The hotel is grubby and apart from the man...More
I had an incredible time at Los Jazmines! The room was beautiful, the views outstanding, breakfast offered a wide selection. I would hike in the mornings and cool off in the afternoons poolside. Julio Cesar was a great concierge and organized several excursions for me....More

We were there in March on an organised tour & our guide had to check us in as the person on reception had just no idea what to do. Just very laid back & not very efficient I think you'll just have to keep sending emails. There's not many hotels in that area & it could have been full when we were there. Just check with your card provider the entry has gone through first?

Hi, The hotel has a main building with terrace and pool and two wings on each side. I suggest that you try to get a room in the West wing i.e. left side of the hotel as they appeared to have a particular nice view. Having said that, views are great from everywhere up there.
I had a last minute booking so I stayed in the main building which was ok. Noise from the pool stopped at around 10:00pm. Rooms are pretty basic but functional. AC was a bit noisy but it is not that hot there due to elevation so sleeping with the window open is an option.
Included breakfast was good. Not sure about dinner as I went to the little restaurant on the left of the hotel - about 2 minutes walking. Food there was average but the atmosphere was really nice.
