I stayed here 2 nights in April 2017 while traveling with a bicycling group. Both my room and bath were spacious. I had a generous supply of towels along with soap and shampoo and there was a hair dryer. The bathroom had a lot of light. The water pressure was not strong and the water didn't get beyond warm but...

The hotel was nice enough, the food at dinner was so so but I had the best pina colada of the holiday here. Great barman! The rooms were not as clean as we would have hoped and the sheets were dirty. We did not have much hot water here and we had issues with the toilet not flushing etc.

We had a Cabina and it was wonderful. It was silence, good placed, there are 2 pools. We had good poolservice with coctails. Breakfast was ok. Dinner in the Restaurant was poor. It was nothing speczial ... and you can not pay the Food with kreditcard , ... also we payed the Hotel with kreditcard.

Although the "Hotel Rancho San Vincente" had a lovely setting within the forest, unfortunately the cabins were very poorly maintained, both in terms of serviceability and cleanliness even to the point of being dangerous. I've taken the liberty of outlining our main points of concern. - Electric sockets hanging by unsheathed wiring - Shower having hardly any warm, never mind...

Cuba is a challenge. Do not expect everything to always be like it is in the USA. That noted, this hotel, if plopped down in the US, would be inundated every single day. Two outstanding pools, great grounds, and a fabulous location. Really nice folks to serve you, and outstanding and amazingly low priced drinks. The rooms are terrific, albeit...

The hotel itself was fairly basic, and the food so so. The biggest issue was when they decided to fill the pool up, leaving all the rooms without flushing toilets or showers for an entire morning. Not ideal. Would not go back. You also have to pay for a safe in your room per night - we did, and it...

We stayed in one of the cabins at this hotel. Very nice situated among the trees. The pool area is good. The breakfast is a buffé that is quite good. The restaurant is average. Try one of the other food places along the road in this small village. We hired a guide to walk up into the hills above, this...

We were advised to go visit this spot, having specifically told our tour organizer that we hate tourist traps. This is a tourist trap. Lots of large buses, mass feedings. AND they rip you off by selling the fixed price menu and then offering things not on it, and then charging you more at the end. The food, by the...

We went to Rancho San Vincente with our Flemish group after visiting Vinales and before returning to Havana. Service and food are average, but acceptable. I do not know anything about the hotel, but there are better places to have a lunch.

First of all they are so impolite that they are not even able to say "good morning" at the reception. We payed a Tropical room (the most expensive room in the 3 weeks we spend in Cuba!) but they gave us a standard room because they had a problem with water. So we finally had a room: - with a...
