I tend to write good reviews - mainly because of the overall experience but in this case my overall experience was not good. Let me tell you the whole sorry story. My wife and I recently had a wonderful two-night - three day break in the Hunter Valley, I have been working really hard recently and we took the break...

This hotel is gorgeous. Set on a beautiful property the hotel is upmarket luxury. The rooms are incredibly luxurious, modern and make you feel warm the moment you arrive. The staff are all friendly and it was a pleasure to stay.

Arrived with a friend yesterday morning. We were told this hotel was a spa resort. And all over google stating amazing number one and everyone has mentioned this to be the best. Arrived and had to pay for two nights right away as both of our cards weren't working which we did not mind anyways, thinking that we have paid...

We stayed in a one bedroom villa apartment. The apartment has great facilities with a separate bedroom and spa bathroom, separate dining and lounge area with gas log fire. Great kitchenette with all amenities. Central location to visit wineries and other local attractions and great golf course on site. Do breakfast in your kitchen and then enjoy all the cafes...

Beautiful property but it's starting to show some signs of aging and for the price, the bathrooms shouldn't have mould or water damaged doors, seems a lack of attention to detail. Service was ok, did what they have to do but nothing more than that. Whiskey Bar was a flop from both a service and product selection perspective. This was...

Nice accomodation with kangaroos at the field beside the main building. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy. However we search through the whole hotel but couldn't find a single matches to light up candle in our room for romantic purposes. The overall experience was great.

We stayed just one night as that was all the time we had but would have been very happy to stay longer. We took a spa suite which is part of the main building, The suite was a normal hotel room but with an extra large space for the bath area which included a spa bath. We also had a...

We went here for a girls weekend away and it was fantastic! The grounds are beautiful, the staff friendly, and the rooms were spacious. We saw kangaroos right outside our window each morning which was a lovely treat! Our room had a nice deck and fireplace. We spent part of the day in the spa which was wonderful. They have...

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is great with good attention to detail (such as a lovely powerful hairdryer!) and a large bathroom. Breakfast was fabulous and the décor and facilities beautiful. We felt it was very good value for money. Highly recommend.
