We had an amazing couples getaway at the Chateau Elan. As soon as we arrived we were greeted and amazed by the staff helpfulness, kindness and overall assistance. The staff recommended places to go and see on our weekend. Would definitely recommend to stay here, beautiful scenery!

Apart from having to ask for the blood splatters on the toilet walls to be cleaned and the espresso machine being broken I was also disappointed that there was no breakfast in room service. I expected so much more for such a fancy location and the price you pay.

Fantastic location, suite in hotel is spacious and clean with wonderful amenities. Staff excellent. Food at Legends for lunch, dinner and snacks faultless. Did the helicopter lunch excursion with Slattery and Jay was awesome. Booked through hotel. Cannot fault and looking forward to returning. The ONLY place to stay in The Hunter now.

There's a big family of Kangaroos that laze about on the grounds right outside your rooms! We didn't use any of the other facilities during our stay but there's a restaurant, spa and golf course available and they...

Great view out over the golf course with morning sun made our stay very memorable. The ground floor room meant we could walk from our room across the grass to the golf club for a great dinner. Would recommend.

Staff were very warm and welcoming, we even got a goodbye gift for the trip home. I booked last minute mystery room and would definitely return. There was a remote control bed which was great too and nice to get a later check out of 11am.

The room, service and facilities were top class. The cost of the room was a little on the high side, however all the staff made an effort to provide an extremely enjoyable experience. Highly recommended.

We booked online at lunchtime on the day of our overnight stay. Effortless check-in and great service. Fantastic room and facilities. This place was one of the highlights of our drive through the Hunter Valley.
