Only stayed one night but check in, check out, breakfast, local information all provided seamlessly. Booked the family room which had separate bedroom - everything very clean and heaters kept us nice and warm.

Our 4 day ski weekend was a great experience - assisted by 50cm of new snow and the friendly, informative and service oriented team at Adventure Lodge. We found the accommodation clean and warm, the breakfast excellent and the overall value outstanding. We will be sure to use again

The lady at the front desk when we checked in was incredibly helpful with best places to eat for each night of the week and best hiking spots. Since it was winter this was especially helpful since not all trails and crossings are open at that time. Our unit came with a fully stocked kitchen, living area and 2 beds,...

We stayed here with the Tongariro Hike bundle- 2 nights, with breakfasts, a packed lunch, and a dinner, along with transportation to and from the hike, as well as advice and support. (Or along those lines- it was several months ago now). I can't say enough good things about our experience. All the food was delicious home cooked goodness- the...

We've stayed here a few times now and we've always been warmly welcomed by Lorraine on the front desk. We booked a lodge room and breakfast package and were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a studio unit. The Units are clean, tidy, well equipped. Great heating for chilly nights and very comfy bed with good quality linen. Breakfast was...

This motel / lodge is conveniently located not far off the state highway. Several eateries and the convenience store and snow sports rental places all within a walking distance. It has a mix of motel units and lodge rooms. We stayed in motel units, and the review is only for the motel units. The motel units we had were very,...

We initially came to do the tongariro crossing but due to weather were unable but lorraine helped us find the best alternatives for us. Breakfast was part of our package so it was great to wake up and sit...

We were there the night before doing the Tongariro crossing and staff were very helpful for directions and restaurant recommendations. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom difinetely needs more shelves for bath products.

A perfectly adequate motel about a 15 minute drive from the village in the national park. Honestly not sure if I would stay here again or would instead stay in Whakkapapa Village, which would I assume cost more but it would save on the drive to and from. We did not do the Tongariro Crossing itself and I think this...

Loren and Ron are very friendly and very helpful in any way. Good information for the Tongariro crossing and briefing in the morning. Perfect shuttle. We stayed in a studio wich was spacious and well equipped. The breakfast was outstanding, best ever! And dinner was also very good. We can warmly recommend Adventure Lodge.
