Good hotel, its few minutes to downtown or you can just walk to Wanda Plaza for shopping but a little bit far to the Factories and Metro, Breakfast is a mixture of Chinese and English Cuisine, walking distance to the Pizza Hut, room size is standard and clean.

The hotel room size is very good and that is the only good thing about it This hotel wants to be 5 stars--what a joke Room cleanliness below average--the coffee cups were never washed one in the 7 days that I stayed there The bench above the mini bar was never cleaned once Soap replacements were not provided I had...

Took the train down from Shanghai to see a supplier, good train trip business class. Anyway the hotel was located smack in the middle of town around the square/park. Check in was a breeze and the English was pretty good. Room was clean and the bed good, no double glazing on the windows, so road nosie and some weird bottle...

Centrally located and facilities really good. My only criticism (being a little picky) was that very few staff were able to speak any English. This caused some confusion - but nothing serious. During this 2 week trip across China, most hotel staff had a good understanding of English. However, back to the hotel, all facilities good and no complaints otherwise....

Nice rooms but only one English TV channel. I would not classify as an "International" hotel . Check in was slow and cumbersome, but did get a cup of tea provided .Had a Singapore meals promotion/buffet style with great food,New Zealand yummy ice cream, included wine and beer. Drinks at bar a bit expensive. Rooms comfortable and quiet. It has...

Very attractive ambience; that is about it. Rooms and sanitary utilities tolerable. No one spoke English. Consider patronizing only if you consider yourself good at sign language. Restaurant and Lobby Bar simply existed with hardly any variety on offer. One night's stay as travelers was just manageable.

Its full of delightful surprises! More like ritz? You guys should definitely stay here if you want excellent customer service! They'll provide you milk with biscuit and coffee for free? They even know what floor you're going up?? It feels like they know already even if you just went once!

This is a new hotel with extremely willing staff both friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent but the remote for the TV needs attention. At breakfast the porridge was not porridge (it was rice) and the new Indian Chef could correct this and make a name for himself ! Attention to tea/coffee refills needs improving and the closing time...

We stayed here for one Friday night in March 2015. It was very typically a Chinese hotel , but the rooms were decent , beds comfortable and very near town centre. My colleague and I walked for an hour to find a restaurant / bar that had any English .

I stayed here during my last business trip to China. The hotel is outdated but clean. Associates are friendly but can't communicate with non Chinese guests. I visited many hotels in China and by far this was the most challenging one regarding communication. We went to the restaurant and could not eat. First they said ( or at least we...
