Worst hotel I have ever stayed in - Upon arrival No towels No toilet paper or soap - Room had a bad smell
Pool was a joke
Avoid at all costs.
Location on the plus side is good near some good restaurants and bars.
Room had no window and just one small bedsheet

DO NOT Stay here unless you don't have any other option!!
Basic facilities are NOT WORKING.
-Shower head holder is loose and the shower head fell and hit my 5yrs old son on the head!!
-Toilet bidet have no water or very low water pressure
-TV can’t be used during our 3D2N stay!!
-AC remote wasn’t working. Replace new remote also the same. We have to turn on and off the AC manually and can’t adjust the temperature or fan speed.
-Plug point doesn’t work. Can’t charge our handphone and other devices.
-Cockoo water machine doesn’t work. No water supply.
-Key card doesn’t work on our 2nd day. Staff said it’s expired!? Why do they only program the key for 1 night when our booking was for 2 nights.
-Swimming pool was closed for renovations for a long time but never updated in the list of available facilities.
Overall the vibes while we were here were very NEGATIVE. Most basic items are not working during our stay.
Unhelpful and unfriendly staffs. Upon check out they insisted to deduct RM10 from my cash deposit because one of the towel have a small stains on it!!? Honestly, we don’t mind to pay for it as money is not an issue here. But the manner it was handled is unacceptable.
To be fair: If the hotel is eager to charge us for the small stain on the towel, then we should be compensated as well for the facilities which doesn’t work at all during our 3 days stay!! (TV, AC, Plug Point, Shower Head, Toilet Bidet & small Swimming Pool)
We really felt like being SCAMMED!
