This was my first experience staying at a hostel. I really enjoyed it. I meet some really nice people from around the world. Mar, the beautiful and engaging person welcomed us was a treat. She spent time getting to know us. Very helpful in pointing out things to do in town. Too bad the owners didn't take the time to...

Room has everything you need and nothing you don't. Just enough space for two in our room - hot water and cold air conditioning. Mini fridge was put to good use. Clean and very reasonable pricing. Great location. Would highly recommend this place as a costly alternative while staying in Santa Teresa.

We stayed 3 nights here, and it was a cozy, clean and quiet hotel. The staff was helpfull and it was on a good location. If you wan't a nice and clean place to sleep, this is a good option. They have a small kitchen outside that youbcan use foor cooking and a fridge in the rooms.

the staff is bilingual and very helpful. Bicycle and quad rentals are available. We rented a quad for 24 hours and it cost about $50. It was an excellent way of seeing the area and much faster than taking the bus. The rooms are clean, water gets pretty warm, and wifi works like a dream!

Did not have the room we booked on Hotels.com. Watch out for changes, up-sells, hidden fees and unauthorized dings on your credit card after you leave. These guys are bad news. It's really a struggling hostel not a hotel. So, they are looking for any way to make some money off of you and don't mind trying to change the...

Had high hopes from other reviews but was extremely disappointed. Very sparse rooms, shower electrocutes you, and makes room smell like sewer, toilet didn't flush, and outside hallway smelled like sewer and marijuana. Outside common area basic, and despite the "no smoking" signs, everyone was smoking. Okay location. Staff wasn't overly friendly like all other hostels/hotels we've stayed at. Plus...

Got an awesome surf lesson from James the manager (don't miss out on this, he's a great teacher). One block from the beach turn off. Also there is a shared kitchen...

Good location and cute patio for relaxing in the shade. Had a second floor room facing the main street which can get noisy at night. AC in the room was great. The heater on the showerhead was a bit shocking- yes, we got mild electrical shocks when we turned it on. The problem was solved by making sure we were...
