We booked a week at the Alpina during February half term. This was booked through crystal and included the beginners ski package. The hotel was lovely, very well kept and all staff friendly. Buffet breakfast included a range of cold options, some hot and coffee machine. Dinner choices were made in the morning, and we found them to be of... More

A very smart family hotel in a beautiful village, not much visited by non-austrians - they've kept it quiet - what a great area surrounded by the mountains. Great rooms, balconies with views, very good service and outstanding food. A couple of negatives - sauna is nude and mixed - put the missus off and sadly the sauna was a... More

An extremely friendly family run hotel. The food is fantastic and the rooms spotlessly clean. We have stayed in this hotel for the last 6 years and have seen it transformed by the present owners. It is a jewel in Rauris's crown. The ski bus stops outside so no long treks carrying ski gear to the slopes. The chair lift... More

We stayed here 5 nights at the end of March and had a great time. The food was great, friendly staff. The ski bus stops in front of the hotel but to walk to the main lift is not too demanding. Rauris is very nice to walk around. Highly recommended.

Spent an end-of-season ski week here in room 120 on the first floor. All rooms have balconies. It's a lovely hotel with a big indoor pool, games room and play room for children. Buffet breakfast for all tastes and excellent and evening meal with plenty of choice plus a children's meal. Lovely bar and reasonably priced drinks. In fact the... More

Booked this hotel through Crystal Ski for a skiing holiday with my girlfriend. We arrived at the hotel later than planned on the Saturday night but were warmly meet by Carmen and Thomas in the reception area. After checking into our rooms we were shown to the dinning area and given our table which is ours for the entire stay.... More

Top-class accommodation, food, sleep quality, efficient service, spotlessly clean. Wonderful variety of food at meals. Fresh fruit, cold meats, etc. Very well-run, situated close to the ski areas. Friendly and helpful staff. Most comfortable hotel.

This was our 7th time skiing in Rauris, having first stayed at another hotel at the opposite end of the village once, we found this wonderful hotel. There was then no chance of staying anywhere else. When we first went our children were 7, 11 and 14. They learnt with Karl Maier ski school and had a wonderful experience, having... More

My wife and I stayed here with our children last week. I would thoroughly recommend the hotel. The hotel is well located for the Kreutzboden lift (5 mins walk) with a bus to the main cable car every half an hour stopping right outside. It's spotlessly clean, with a recently renovated bar and dining area. The quality of the food... More

Lovely hotel with really friendly and welcoming hosts. Super room facing the mountain was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Great breakfast and evening meals, good choice for the kids too. Nice sized pool and relaxation area for post skiing wind down. Torchlit walk followed by schnapps was a nice touch laid on by the hosts. Good location with ski bus stop... More
