We arrived a out 9.30pm we were made very welcome and were lucky to have been upgraded to an apartment from a studio free of charge. They kindly kept the shop and restaurant open for us. The apartment was clean and we had a sea view. The bathroom was a little tired but clean and there was always plenty of hot water. The kitchen was very poorly equipped if you wish to self cater. The apartment was for 5 people only 1 teaspoon and not enough cutlery and cups for 5. One saucepan and no utensils we didn't intend to cook so wasnt a problem, they did a good breakfast at a reasonable price. Very helpful staff on reception. Would happily come back.

this hotel is not everyones cup of tea. Its in need of a face lift, its a tad out of the way with nothing aound it, its a walk into Rhodes but we bloody loved it, its family run, the food is cooked to order, the advice and support for info is great, stuff your all inclusive cattle markets. We did bed and breakfast and the omelletes are to die for. the atmoshere is personal. This place is authentically Greek, but the doors bang all day and all night,

Good hotel, plenty of room in the apartment good shower plenty of hot water. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly. The pool area is good. The hotel is in a residential area, so you have to walk about 10 minutes to find restaurants, the food in the hotel is quite good.

We stayed at Panorama for 2 weeks from May 27th to June 10th . Well, the hotel staff are very nice and friendly, a lovely Greek family plus Aris and Stavros. The room we stayed in (501) was good, two balconies and no issues at all, and afternoon sun on the balcony was great. The food is very good, no complaints from us whatsoever, served fresh and always served with a smile. Breakfast is very good too, self service and always fresh and tasty. Evening meals have a well varied menu, something for everyone, the puddings are lovely too, Banoffee Pie was delicious, also the apple pie and ice cream is good. Drinks are very reasonably priced and always served up with a smile. Stavros is the barman in the evenings, big guy, big heart, fine chap he is. Would I go back to this hotel, you

I have to admit when i first arrived at this hotel i wasnt exactly blown away with how it looked from the outside or indeed in but once you get settled in you realise that its run well by a very nice family. The rooms are clean and tidy but basic which is to be expected for the price you pay. The on site restaurant has some delicious food on offer. Would happily stay here again!

Stayed here for one week at the beginning of october, pool area was fine, always got a sunbed although most were broken. Stayed in a studio, bed was awful as were the pillows, so lumpy and the shower totally flooded the whole bathroom. Desperately needed some work done to the whole room. We were bed &breakfast which was fine and we did try the restaurant for dinner on our second night as the reviews had been good and ended up eating there every night, food was really good and price was reasonable. The staff were very nice and friendly. would certainly go to rhodes again, loved it but wouldnt stay at this hotel.

Staff were really helpful but it didn’t really make up for the lack of cleanliness. Our room was basic which is fine, we don’t mind basic but the top cover was really grotty on our bed. (Sheets were clean) we did receive clean towels on the second day but our room wasn’t cleaned and the bin wasn’t emptied (pretty grotty when that was where the loo roll goes) The location is okay, it’s a long walk to the old town and a taxi back is €5-7 If I was ever to come back I would stay closer to the old town and the beach. This place has lots of potential but at the moment I just wouldn’t recommend it.

upon arrival, which was late, we were told our room was not ready (due to departure mix up) and shown to a temporary one night room. Didn't seem very secure and something from the 60's. Got change of room the next day - not much better. Ate in the Paradise Restaurant! and when asked how the half board worked they took the menus away and gave us a tatty brown menu which was limited to say the least, nothing like the plush black 'PAY' menu. We ordered garlic bread which was 3 slices of baguette with garlic and cheese - very nice. As the week went on the 3 slices of garlic bread became 2 and on the last night we dined with a couple we had met there who were paying for their meal. We all ordered garlic bread and the paying parties received 3 slices whilst us peasants on half

I have stayed here many times ( approx average twice per year ) Good value budget hotel . A little out of the way from old town and beaches ,it never a problem for me , I don't mind a steady walk and anyway taxis are readily available either to hotel, or a rank at the bottom of the street. Staff and management friendly . Bar prices are reasonable as is the beer ( thanks to Stavros the barman ) Food good and reasonably priced too . I would say mainly suitable for adults that like to explore their surroundings .( or just chill around the pool if prefered )
