The most incredible room with private swim up pool and garden . We were offered an upgrade for no reason other than they had an offer on as we were happy in the main hotel. But decided to go for it...fabulous service sn so glad we did 🙌

Hotel's Favourite
A superb two weeks We stayed for 14 nights half board in two pool suites on the upper floor and can only commend all team members at this resort , as the experience is the sum of their collective hard work and desire to make our stay memorable . Check in was welcoming, professional and quick . Rooms were spacious , clean and with good sized pools and amazing views towards Turkey Temperature was low thirties but the breeze on this side of the island is welcoming Food quality & choice at Verkarola was excellent , complemented by great service and at time entertainment . We ate here 8 nights from 14 and had an excellent buffet every morning. We ate twice at the Taverana greek restaurant on the 11th floor of Rhodes bay hotel - set menu , with choice of main, but great food, great service and I’d suggest going there at dusk for the view and we went on Monday & Tuesday nights as the entertainment was superb . We ate at the buffet on the 10th floor , food was good with plentiful of choice and service was as expected in a buffet restaurant. We ate out in the old town twice and so had lunch instead of dinner at Verkarola, which was great. Taxi to old town is 16 euro out and 10 euro RTN . We used room service a number of times, it was quick , great value and good choice. For other times there are plentiful of supermarket's and food places within 5-10 min. The spa was great, again great choice and good value. The beach is pebbly , with plentiful sun loungers and we used the elite suites section twice , which was great. A superb two weeks - thanks to everyone who work at Elite suites , you make a difference.

This was our first holiday in Rhodes hence we wanted to stay somewhere not too far from Rhodes town so we can visit the old town etc. we booked a week in Elite Suite by Rhodes Bay hotel. It is boutique hotel with 37 rooms with private pool, not all the pools had privacy so if you are looking for a pool with privacy you need to ask at the time of your booking! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and comfortable with coffee machine, kettle and fridge. Breakfast at Elite Suite was very good with many choices. They served lunch and dinner at Al carte resturant. We eat at Al Carte restaurant twice and food was very good, I am not sure how often they change their menu because we had the same menu on both nights so if you there for a week you might end up choosing from same menu every night however, you have the option of eating at Rhodes Bay hotel which we tried the Greek and the Italian again they food was pretty good. The hotel is only 10 minutes taxi ride to old town or you can get a bus outside the hotel.

The suites are very nice indeed - light, airy and well designed. The air-conditioning is great when the weather gets a bit too hot. We had sparkling wine and treats in our room on arrival and other nice things (fruit, chocolates and baklava) appeared during our stay - wonderful touch. Chocolates as part of the turn-down service at night as well. The staff are wonderful and very helpful. We had a late return flight and they were able to arrange a late checkout until 6pm which made our final day much more restful and enjoyable. We ate in the Elite Suites restaurant which has great views, and the food is OK. The Greek dining on the 11th floor of the Rhodes Bay sister hotel is also enjoyable - fab views (especially at sunset) and a mostly set menu (but they will cater for dietary needs). Lovely Greek dishes, and you may get visited by the stray cats! We also had room service on two nights which was very good and good value too. We stayed in one of the suites without a plunge pool - cheaper, but a better view of the sea. If you like plunge pools fine, but there is a private larger pool for Elite Suites guests if you prefer (as we do) actually having a swim. You can also use the Rhodes Bay pool, but that can get busy (and also loud and noisy - especially during the water aerobics sessions at midday!). It would be nice if drinks could be served at the private pool area - we had to walk round to the Rhodes Bay pool to get a drink. But the bar staff are great and make a fine Pina Colada!). Access to the beach is easy - there are signs and a tunnel under the busy road. There are loungers on the beach, or use the Elite Suites only area which is grassy (but nearer the road, so a bit less peaceful). There is a lovely covered sofa area at the end of the Elite Suites area on the right that is great for crashing and relaxing. There is a life guard on duty from about 10-6. The water is clear and warm, but the beach pebbly - take beach shoes or buy some at any of the shops nearby. We went to the Elysee Bar - turn right along the road out of the hotel. Very friendly and good food at a decent price. Recommend the Zythos beer (local brewery). We also did a trip to Rhodes old city - at its best it is charming and beguiling and you can have fun wandering around the shops and cafes - but it is also a bit sad to see so much litter and many houses derelict.

Already the 6th time we stayed at Elite Suites, this time in a suite with private pool and garden view. The suite (110) is located at the corner which has the advantage of absolute silence and sunshine almost all day. It's impossible to thank all people by name who always ensure that every day becomes an unforgettable and amazing day. We want to thank Daria and her team for the warm welcome, their friendliness, commitment, availability and professionalism. We also want to thank Aris and his team for their splendid service each and every day during breakfast lunch and/or diner. Thanks again to everyone at Elite Suites and see you again next year.

Myself and my wife were lucky enough to stay here for a week in September in a room with private pool and sea view. The room itself is very classy with everything you could need including Bulgari toiletries, Nespresso machine , well stocked mini bar etc. However it was the extra touches that really impressed me, from the “elite suites” branded hats to the daily treats left in the room (homemade Greek delight, baklava to name a couple)and the nightly chocolates left on your pillow! Just great. The private pool and view is absolutely stunning! You get a real sense of relaxation and serenity chilling here and admiring the view. We ate at Varkarola and Bakaliko taverna and couldn’t fault either! Top class at both. The staff are all really friendly and quickly remembered my room number and name which was great. And a special mention for the Mixologist at the sunset bar (didn’t get his name) who made our Espresso Martinis every night with class and style, his passion for cocktails showed through and watching him create these masterpieces was a joy in itself. We have already booked to go back next year and cannot wait to return.

I could not fault this place. The service from everyone was brilliant. The food was amazing. Views were beautiful. Rooms were always so clean and a little gift of yummy snacks left each day. All the staff were so happy and friendly and professional from the greeting at reception, to the waiting staff, cleaners and pool man. The pool was kept so clean and the grounds were also always tidy. There was a short tunnel from the resort to the beach-which was clean and had plenty of sun beds. The entertainment was chilled and classy, but you are close to shops and bars and other restaurants should you want to leave the resort. BUT the resort is so great you will want to stay there all the time!! Best holiday ever!
