We stayed at Al Grappolo d'Oro in a room on high floor with a splendid view down towards Perugia and the surrounding countryside. Very clean accommodation with the usual facilities of a quality hotel. Morning breakfast was extensive with good selection of choices in a very pleasant atrium. The service is excellent with a very helpful receptionist and a caring...

We spent two nights here during a cycling trip and found the hotel very relaxing. The staff were welcoming and helpful, the room was well appointed and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was plentiful and varied and served in the atrium, coffees were plentiful and there was a variety of dishes. The pool and surrounding area were fantastic...

Stayed here 1 night during cycling tour through Umbria. I was welcomed by receptionist with bottle of tequila. She had been tipped off by one of our guides that I had been looking for an alternative to vino. Energy throughout this little hotel was very positive and welcoming. The staff friendly, accommodating and efficient. We spent the afternoon and following...

This is a fantastic hotel. Great service, nice rooms, very nice enclosed atrium for breakfast in the garden, wonderful swimming pool, and superb breakfast (which included some scrambled eggs and fresh squeezed orange juice!!!). If you can find a room here, you should take it as it is a very small hotel. Torgiano is just outside of Perugia - easy...

We had trouble finding this place in the quaint little streets of Torgiano. First impressions were good, the hotel and rooms are filled with contemporary art, the room was comfortable and well appointed with views over to Assisi and Spello. Unfortunately a busy main road runs along the back of the hotel all be it some 30 feet below the...

Staff sensational. Good room, good bathroom and breakfast. Incredible view. Hotel 3 stars with category of 4 stars. Good for few days to visit Perugia and wine road near here. Try the wine San Giorgio - Lungaroti. Better than Sagrantino!!!

My title pretty much says it all. Breakfast was in an attached room with glass walls. We were there in winter with very dense fog but were told there are also good views. Staff was friendly and helpful. Do go to the wine museum a short walk away. .

I love the little town of Torgiano! Hotel Al Grappolo d'Oro is perfectly located in the center of town. Mind you, this is a very small town but they do have a few nice restaurants. The rooms were nice but nothing fancy, A big plus was the pool, perfect after a day sightseeing or riding a bike.

Lovely large room. Great bathroom and shower. We had a great view. There was some traffic noise with windows open but most of the time Windows would be closed. The room was quite warm and staff said air was off for the season The Internet service is rather archaic but worked most of the time. Beautiful art throughout hotel.

We love this wonderful Italian boutique hotel! We absolutely adore the staff! They are all kind, helpful and speak some English. The rooms are quite clean and appointed beautifully. The wifi works well. The included breakfast is terrific (on site breakfast restaurant only, but there is a nice bar). It's nice that there is free parking and a lovely swimming...
