We really enjoyed our two night stay at Combe Lancey Farmhouse, it's so beautiful and relaxing and makes a great base to explore Devon. The B&B is an incredibly unique place with thatched roof and authentic decor. Transport from Devon and Exeter station was super easy, with taxi's readily available for a short drive, or I believe there is a...

Combe Lancey is in such a beautiful spot - quiet, beautiful and relaxing. It's great as a base for exploring the wilds of Devon. The beds were very comfortable, it was spotlessly clean, and the hosts were always smiling. We had the best time and I'll definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our one night stay in this picturesque B&B. The owner went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. We would have loved to have stayed longer so we could have walked around this wonderful corner of Britain and soaked up the beautiful gardens this B&B...

Very nice, comfortable, beautiful garden, gracious host, very tasty b.fast, comfortable beds, room & bath very clean. Close to town & surrounding area. Will and have recommended to others. The owners have done an excellent job of researching the farm and it's history.

The directions to this very rural B & B were prefect, we found it in the middle of the night. Our hosts patiently waited up for us. We were in the twin room with views from every direction through varying shapes and types of windows - no wall ceiling or beam had a 90 degree angle! Our room was perfectly...

The location is stunning and we had a good stay, two nights. But we felt certain things could have been better. We had the Double Room ( the twin looked better) the matteress has seen better days. The TV was the smallest I have seen in many a year. Two upright dinning room chairs, quite uncomfortable to watch a programme...

Sadly we only stayed one night (to attend an event in Crediton), but if you are looking for a complete relax, I would recommend Combe Lancey. Very comfortable en-suite room with a lovely breakfast included (with ensuite table football!). Our hostess was on the doorstep as we arrived and showed us around. Keys given if you want to come and...

The farmhouse and garden are beautiful and set in a lovely, peaceful location. The bedroom was warm, clean and attractive. Our hosts were welcoming and friendly and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed our stay very much and would happily use the B&B again. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be a request for a slight variation...

A warm welcome was received at Combe Lancey. My family stayed in both rooms, one of which was slightly larger and incorporated a third single bed to fit us all in. Both rooms were nicely furnished with comfy beds with en suite (bath and shower). The b&b was located down a lane so nice and secluded and beautiful setting. The...
