I would like to start by saying I’ve visited the Yarrow restaurant a few times but never stayed in the hotel before. The restaurant has always been good. We visited the Yarrow very last minute at the start of December to visit a sick relative. The staff were made aware of the situation and were so friendly. Maisie and Ash specifically were so kind, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. It was an emotional visit and I can’t explain how much of a difference their effort made to me and my family. Thank you.

We were so well looked after by Ash and Maisie at the Yarrow, it was a very difficult visit due to family reasons but we were made to feel beyond welcome. Our room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable with a lovely breakfast in our room in the morning. We will be back hopefully under better circumstances.

We booked into The Yarrow just before this second lockdown and we are so glad we did. Great Hotel, everyone very friendly and all Covid regulations adhered to beautifully without fuss. We had the 7 course taster menu with accompanying wine flight both of which were amazing. Breakfast the next day was very good but it was sad to know that this Hotel would be shutting its doors again later that day. Hopefully, it will reopen on 2 December for good as we want to go back.

Booked with Secret Escapes whose deal included a 7 course tasting menu plus wine flight, such good value for money. The hotel is fabulous recently renovated and it certainly shows, very good quality furniture, carpets etc it is spotlessly clean, covid restrictions were no problem, all so well managed. Our dinner went beyond all expectations, the food was delicious, each serving of wine was delivered alongside an explanation of choice, what more could you ask for. Every member of staff we came across were friendly, polite and very efficient, this is definitely a hotel worth visiting, we certainly will go back.
