For the last two sundays we have walked to Broadstairs and stopped for breakfast at this hotel. On both occasions we ordered full english breakfast. Week one produced food that was warm but not hot. So on week two my wife made specific mention of our experience the previous week and asked when ordering if the staff could ensure that...

I have to write a review about our meal in the hope that others are aware just how bad this restaurant is getting! My girlfriend had been coming to Broadstairs since she was a child and its a place where she holds so many fond childhood memories that means so much to her and therefore she obviously wanted to share...

Love this hotel been going for many years. This time only had breakfast not dinner and it was 1st class. Had a lovely chat with a nice lady who had worked there for 13 years. If you want to stay here make sure book months before hand as very hard to get a room if you are controlled by time...

We stayed in this hotel for a week as a family. We received an unfriendly welcome by the reception staff which included the manager Joshua. The immediate need for full payment left a sour taste in our mouth as it wasn't managed well at all and left me and my sister feeling embarrassed.I would prefer to pre pay for the rooms...

Great hotel, slap bang in the middle of Broadstairs and on the front. Well received at reception, with help putting luggage in room. There are two restaurants (bar and more formal) but we did not eat in the hotel this time. Breakfasts were excellent. Our room (14) faced the sea so had great views plus a decking balcony to sit...

Staying in Broadstairs for a week and needing somewhere to eat, we ate at all times of day and enjoyed every visit. There is a formal restaurant but we preferred the informal areas, I.e. order food wait a short while and enjoy. The eating area has both indoor and outdoor tables, the service is quick and the staff are friendly....

Friendly but issues with linen hygiene and the oldest most uncomfortable mattresses I have ever slept on. Mattresses for both ourselves and kids were warped with age and one even had a spring sticking out. Room charge was £160 per night... Not good.

We stayed here for the weekend, we had a nice room very clean but was on the top floor, so hard work. The hotel has charm and the staff are friendly. Unfortunately the food in the restaurant was not so good. We booked a table for the Saturday and appreciate it was very busy outside and in the bar. The...
