We stayed at the Grimscote Manor Hotel again this weekend. It has now been lovingly extended - almost doubling in size (26 rooms now I think). However, the wonderful personal service has not been spread thin. You're not just a number at the Grimscote. You're a valued customer and all the team aim to provide a "home from home" environment...

Dear Mr Fisk Thank you so much for your kind review. Firstly Steve would like you to know how difficult it has been for him to build this extension over the past 3 year by himself and 2 laborers, working 7 day's a week non stop. Steve has put his heart and soul into this project to build us a...

What lovely staff they have. Couldn't do enough for us. We had a guest with a 5 week old baby and the staff made them comfortable whilst we attended the funeral. The food was excellent and there was no time limit on the use of the bar, lounge and dining room. I can't thank them enough hence 5 stars.

If you fancy a change from the generic hotel chains give this place ago. It's about 3 miles from the NEC. Lovely rooms, decor, ambience, with helpful friendly staff. Small attentions to the details make this place a little special. They grow lots of the food they serve in the little dining room. And the grounds are lovely to wander...

Excellent setting, marvellous room and facilities, although we did have a suite (worth every penny). Staff were welcoming, attentive and polite. Both breakfast and the evening meal was superb. We would definitely book again should we be in the area.

Stayed after returning from Spain on the Portsmouth ferry. We arrived late at night but that was no problem. The room was lovely the bathroom was fabulous and I relaxed in the bath while watching tv. Breakfast next morning was excellent.

Stayed here by myself last year and returned this time with all my colleagues whilst attending an exhibition at the NEC.its in a bit of a strange location- right on a dual carriageway, but no problem if you are driving and only a short walk into Coleshill. Very very clean rooms, an abundance of sockets by the bed and mirror...

Fab-u-lous. On arrival one of our party - with poor mobility, walking with the support of a tri-walker - was given access through the side door as the main door has steps. We waited for our table in a side room where we gave our order and drinks were served. The restaurant filled up at half hour intervals - our...

We stayed here for Crufts weekend. On arrival we couldn't park at all and we had travelled for several hours. The hotel was full - mainly with visitors to crafts and their 4 legged friends, but also there was a function on. 45 people were having a private party in the restaurant. A small lounge was converted to dining for...

It's not often that you can say that a hotel stay has been completely faultless, but I can in this instance. As soon as you turn into the very pretty drive, you enter another world. No doubt aided by the trees in blossom, the hotel has a very handsome facade. The car park is perfectly sized, as the hotel was...
