We have just had a family stay for a show at the NEC. I cannot say how lovely it was! The room was very clean and well presented. The staff were excellent and nothing was a problem. The bar is small but cosy and the evening meal was super with great choice and good value. Our breakfast was very nice...

Stayed overnight prior to a conference at the NEC. Didn't expect much as had a very good price for a single room. But what I got was a delightful small room with a single bed. The furnishings and en suite were great, as if I'd had a much bigger room. The menu for the evening meal was first rate, as...

We stayed in the Nickless Bowman Suite, and the room itself was amazing! Very comfortable and easy on the eye. The receptionist showed us to our room, and explained everything we needed to know (wifi, food, check-out times, etc.), and left us to it. We left the hotel a couple of times during our stay and chatted to the staff...

Booked as close to the NEC. Very pleasant small hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, well appointed bedroom, looked as if they had just been refitted. Some of the staff a bit inexperienced, but then what would you expect with a weekend when the hotel is ful.l

This hotel could be lovely, the room is nice, it's clean and recently decorated and the location is good for the NEC, etc., but I found the delivery of services a bit odd and not what I'm used to. My booking confirmation came with a warning to let the hotel know in advance if evening meals would be wanted and...

We stayed in the Brockington Suite for two nights, which was very comfortable and spacious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. It is a period house on lovely grounds and you can visit the hens that lay the breakfast eggs. In addition to a convenient location near easy access highways, the chef is excellent. We ate breakfast and dinner...

Lovely place and friendly staff. Clearly busy as having new extension work underway. Made me chuckle to see Xmas trees up on 1 Nov! Room fresh and new. Sadly some 'teething' problems which reduce my rating. Cold radiators and towel rail (merely need bleeding). Absolutely NO hot water in sink or shower in morning! Plumbing problem apparently (reported to staff...

We were exhibiting at the NEC and staying at this hotel. The staff were most helpful. The breakfast was good and an ideal location for the NEC. We also could walk into Coleshill to the bars, restaurants and shops.
