Had a lovely time at Grimscote - beautiful hotel . Meal was lovely . Hotel was well decorated and staff were attentive and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to friends and family . Attended a fund raising event and the room in which event took place was very well decorated to a theme.

Had a lovely relaxing weekend. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and beautiful grounds. Will definitely come again and will recommend to work colleagues. Might even treat my husband over Valentines.

My partner and I stayed in October 2013 for our aniversary. We found the hotel had a wonderful atmosphere with an inviting team of staff who are very helpful. The room that we stayed in was lovely and well decorated but also clean and bright. With the bed being so comfortable we both had a good night sleep. We booked...

This is the first time I've stayed at this hotel, but it won't be the last. Right from arrival, the service was professional and slick, the room was welcoming and spotlessly clean. the food was delightful. A great experience all round. I can't recommend this hotel enough.

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. What can I say, once again the room was clean and just what I needed. Food was good and I was even more amazed when the receptionist was outside de frosting all the guests cars. It's little touches like that which makes you feel special

We have stayed at the Grimscote Manor Hotel a few times over the last year + (yes a bit slow on the review, sorry) for events at the NEC and NIA. We always book the Brockington Suite just because of the bathroom wow factor, and of course the beautifully decorated room too. It's very easy to find and the staff...

My wife and I booked to stay Saturday 18th January in order to attend an exhibition at the NEC on the Sunday. The hotel is very well placed for this and the Reception suggested we leave our car with them during Sunday and they would organise a cab to take us in and return us to collect the car. All...

Lovely place and then some more. The owner clearly has a big chunk of style and has emblazoned it on the place and I like that. Different, friendly and charming are all words that spring to mind and definitely staffed by angels serving food of the gods. Apart from not having any bottles of decent English ale available (is it...

Have just stayed for two nights whilst visiting the NEC on an annual basis with my Portuguese business partner and this is by far the best hotel in the area and we have stayed in quite a few. The rooms were comfortable although I could have done with a longer duvet however the room was spotless and the shower was...

Stumbled across Grimscote Manor whilst working in the west midlands. The staff are very welcoming and genuinely try to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The food is fantastic and all at a reasonable price. I will definitely be visiting again!
