Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. From the moment our host met us on the walk to ferry us back to his B&B he couldn't do enough to assist us. There was a large lounge to relax in overlooking a beautiful garden. The rooms were large, bright, tastefully decorated and had very comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best we had...

Thank you very much Peter and Lesley for a lovely stay at the beginning of our GGW walk. From meeting us at the door and whisking our wet jackets and rucksack cover away and drying them for us to calling local restaurants for us you couldn't have been more welcoming. Love all the special little touches like the butter brown...

We stayed on two separate occasions here, both times we received a very warm welcome. Both rooms we stayed in were well presented, very clean with lovely finishing touches such as Tunnock's tea cakes and chocolate Easter eggs. Breakfast was very good and again very well presented. Extra local information was readily available from Lesley and Peter. Thoroughly recommend staying...

First trip to this area. Pete and Lesley are great people and very helpful - tips for good walks and where to park etc. Room was nice and clean and breakfast very nice. Good base for exploring the area and several good places to eat that are not far - Russels in particular. Would def recommend Distant Hills.

We stay with Peter and Lesley each time we visit Scotland and it is one of our favourite B & B's. Spotlessly clean, comfortable rooms and an exceptional breakfast make a stay here in this friendly establishment a perfect choice if visiting Spean Bridge. You will be made to feel very welcome and we can highly recommend Distant Hills.

This is a first class property which is very tastefully furnished and decorated. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. I cannot praise this property highly enough and I'm not surprised they won B&B accommodation of the year 2015. Peter and Lesley made us feel most welcome and were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were fantastic and so fresh! Might change...
