We visit the Bridge of Cally Hotel regular for the lovely food, brilliant staff and beautiful hotel. Because of our experience at Bridge of Cally hotel we booked a 2 night stay at the Letterfinlay lodge hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the views are fantastic. Our breakfast and dinner was also really good. My husband was delighted to see...

So having looked online and seen how modern the rooms looked, looked at location, looked at surrounding area for places to visit, I said this would be ideal for our 4 day break away with family. Arrived and was met by a friendly lady at the reception. The rooms were not available as we were slightly early, so left bags...

Stayed here for two nights over Easter. 1) Completely disinterested staff - if you can find them. 2) Absolutely shocking breakfast - all was left by 9am was some soggy scrambled egg and some manky, cold bacon. No pastries. A fried egg was too much to ask of the staff. No view to replenishing or stocking up once everything was...

Just recently returned from letterfinlay hotel and rooms badly rooms have outdated furniture with lots of scratches and marks doesn't look very nice considering they are meant to be 4 or 5 Star no way probably 2 or 3 star and they badly and urgently need more staff especially over Easter weekend. Bathroom with rusty bath tub and broken basin. Looks very un-hygenic. Was separated from my children who were given a room in the annex which could only be reached by walking outside and all round the main hotel. Bathroom here was not heated. Paid £9.40 per head for breakfast which we did not take as most of the food had...

I don't like rants on the internet but I feel fully justified with this one. Stayed here last September with my parents for 2 night wonderful nights of being pampered and some excellent food. So when a voucher offered a DBB deal at a great price my wife and I jumped at the chance to add an extra night onto...

Dear Brotyman, We are sorry you did not fully enjoy your stay. The operation of the Hotel has not changed and all bedding specifications are the exact same make and spec as you previously experienced. The pricing of bar drinks and wine list is actually less than what you would have paid last year. This Hotel is not new to...

Just back from a weekend with our grandkids using the Itison voucher. The staff were wonderful. The female staff were excellent and very friendly. They helped in the way of food changes for the grandkids and every time we arrived back at the hotel they met us with smiles and asking us what we had done with the day. We...

We had a voucher deal for DBB , what a fantastic bargain , would have paid more . The hotel was quiet and we were given an upgrade to a superior room (munro) which had a lovely view . The evening meal was very tasty as was breakfast . The only thing that could be improved is the mattress on...

Got an excellent deal via itison and was not disappointed! Room was small needed updating, but had a great view onto the Loch. Only 3 rooms taken that night, was a gorgeous day so drinks on the decking was lovely! Evening food was excellent and breakfast was very good. Bar did close at 9.45, which was fine for us that...

Just had a lovely 2 nights here in the Highlands. The hotel was perfectly located on a beautiful Loch. Our room was lovely, big and very comfortable especially the bed. Double aspect, tea/coffee, large towels in bathroom. Extra heater if we needed it in the room as it was big! The downstairs sitting rooms were big with lots of leather...
