AGIE, DUJE and ALEXANDRA. Agie was a brilliant manageress. Nothing was too much for her and always with a smile on her face. Very efficient. Duje was charming and although learning, was already showing how good he is going to be. Alexandra we only met on the last day but she was utterly charming and again, could not do enough...

Beautiful setting by the loch side. Lounge was lovely with wood paneling and great fireplace. Bedroom was nicely furnished but the shower room was awful. The floor was so noisy and a terrible smell of sewage from the toilet. Unfortunately the night we stayed they had a problem and there was no hot water throughout our stay. The staff were...

Stayed for one night in May. Beautiful views from this hotel as seen in my pictures. The hotel is old but very quiet. We were upgraded for free to a renovated room. It was quite small and to be honest not comfortable. The bed was lumpy and had very flat pillows. I would suggest the management replace these ASAP. They...

We stayed here during a recent tour of the West Coast of Scotland. Out of all the B&B's and hotels we stayed at, this was by far our least favourite and would not stay here again. When we arrived we had to find the staff to check in and found that there was only 2 members of staff on duty,...

We chose it as the rooms looked nice and the setting is beautiful. On arrival the reception staff were friendly enough but...

Stunning situation. Much improved since nice our last visit. Dinner at night was exceptional. Staff were very attentive but not intrusive. If the new owners maintain the standards that the hotel has returned to,we will return as often as we can.

Spent two fab days here with the wife. Dramatic location and highland hospitality at its best. Room was spacious and clean. We ate in the hotel both evenings, food was outstanding but best of all was the attention of the staff and the welcome we received. First but most certainly not the last visit and we look forward to our...

So having looked online and seen how modern the rooms looked, looked at location, looked at surrounding area for places to visit, I said this would be ideal for our 4 day break away with family. Arrived and was met by a friendly lady at the reception. The rooms were not available as we were slightly early, so left bags...
