We had a night here to visit the great spa facility attached to the hotel. It is a little out of Montreal so it is worth staying the night IMHO as you get access to the spa from check-in till the end of the next day. The rooms are a bit oddly themed and it probably has not had a...

I visited last summer and meant to write a review earlier but forgot. As far as spas go, this one was pretty good but fell short of excellent. There was a large hot pool surrounded by other things to do like saunas, steam rooms, and an area where you can lounge in large plastic bubbles that are partially submerged in...

my wife and I booked the finlandais hotel. The hotel is awful not worth the money. The room had a bad odour, the room was dusty, bathroom was dirty. I am extremely disappointed. The spa is nice and relaxing. I would never stay at the hotel i checked out super early and went to the spa. The spa was beautiful...

Spa: crowdy but nice spa installation Hotel: terrible experience. It is currently 2:40 in the morning and it has been 2hours since people are making a lot of noise in the corridors without anyone preventing them (knowing that reception desk is next to our rooms on main floor). We finally ended up calling the reception to complain and the noise...

The front desk staff was very welcoming and efficient. Our room was very clean and quiet (even had a mini fridge where we put our water bottles). Plan on taking your car to the Spa. Labelle Blvd is 4 lanes and busy. The Spa is amazing. All kinds of pools and steam, lovely services. Sadly, it is NOT handicap accessible....

I had quite high expectations of this hotel after looking at the pictures on their website but we were very disappointed. We should have realised something was wrong when we checked-in and the receptionist ask if we wanted the "adult" channels on our television. Since we were travelling with our 5 year old daughter we obviously declined however the housekeeper...

The spa was renovated and it looks absolutely beautiful. I was told it is smaller than before, but I still enjoyed it very much. Can get really crowded though, and it seems like not everybody respects silence which is usually not the spa's fault. However, they did not seem to ask anyone to stop talking. Nevertheless, I recommend this spa

I live here and it was my first visit. I visited March 14 the temperature was -5 C. It was surreal to watch people walk around in bathing suits and flip flops as if they are at a tropical resort. Loved the baths & saunas ..not so much the steam room too many people coming in and out ..could not...

My girlfriend and I just stayed for a one-night stay with a dinner, hotel and spa package and we were quite impressed with the quality of service. We were warmly welcomed by a very kind staff, we had a very nice room and the spa is right across the street (unlike other nasty reviews, it's not so bad, they have...

We stayed here while on business in Laval. I did not expect a lot, as it was not my first choice. I am so glad we ended up here- the rooms and service are excellent. The rooms are basic, but kept in meticulous condition. The spa, located across the street is amazing. As hotel guests, it was easy to get...

“Depending on your budget, I would advise choosing a themed room but they are a little pricey. The club rooms are nice and decently priced. We got a "club plus" room with a queen bed, fireplace and leather couch with access to spa for 2 for 300$ for one night and 2 day spa access.”
