A typically bumpy flower filled drive leads to a glimpse of the azure sea, step out of the car and note the powder soft sand, then the smiley faces greet you and the relaxation begins. Steve and Angela and their excellent staff are most hospitable and can arrange anything. Chefu can cook up anything anytime and when the tide is...

We came here after a few days in Nungwi, and realised within moments, that we should have spent our entire time in Zanzibar here- this is a real gem and a unique spot right between Jambiani and Paje, and as such is so quiet and peaceful, but an easy walk in either direction. Brilliant place to stay- *on the beach*...

This is a lovely, no frills, beachy, comfortable place to stay. Going in September we often had the place to ourselves as they are finishing up winter. Breakfast made to order everyday by very friendly staff, as well as dinner. Our family stayed in a 3 bedroom cottage with everything we needed, walked sandy paths to the open air bar/restaurant,...

This is a great place to relax, esp if you have one of the huts overlooking the beach. Being woken by the sun coming in and watching the sunrise over the fishing boats is a pretty nice way to start the day. The units are basic, don't expect aircon, they are huts, but fab location, a pool for when the...

We spent 10 nights in Pakachi in August and we loved each and every day we spent there. My husband, my daughters (4 yrs and 2 yrs) and I really appreciated the kindness of the owners, Steve and Angela, who are always ready to help you, with the smile. They really take care of their clients and try to satisfy...

Great place on the beach, Steve was a great host and very helpful/flexible before, during and after our stay. Sea food was excellent (reported by seasonaires to be the best around) but being so fresh be prepared to wait a while, it's worth it, especially the BBQ. Great mix of tourist comforts and secluded location make it the place to...

I visited Pakachi twice during my 3 month stay in Tanzania. The first time was the beginning of my holiday in March when we got lost driving and stumbled upon this place. Lovely find - Steve and Angela were very welcoming and helped us find our way round and we also had some delicious food there made from local ingredients....

My husband and I stayed for three nights in Pakachi. Our plan was to stay for one night but the place is so amazing that we had to stay longer. The service is great, the food is delicious, the location is perfect. We went to Jambiani , Kuumbi cave, Paje and Bwejuu by bike. It is also close to Jozani...
