We were a group of 19 students whose major requirement was VFM. And so we haggled and eventually settled on 3 large rooms, varying in size but that were fairly clean and comfortable. All we needed was a place to sleep and bathe. The primary attraction here is the affordability and location. The place is barely 5 minutes from Baga...

The location is good, and they rent scooter with cheaper price. I forgot the exact price, but per one day, 250Rs around. And three days plus, 600Rs?? maybe. AC also good and there is a fridge, not so stink, not bad. But!! the staff who was not older boy was just terrible. He was stupid, fool, I thought. He didn't...

I went just a week back to this place, my friend had booked this place and he has been renting this place whenever he goes to Goa. What I felt first was a no frill Hotel, where in you can just dump your things and sleep at night. We took a AC room whose price was decent enough comparing others...

This is real guest house. No TV, no entertainment. You can find only relax place. Best breakfast is available at reasonable rate. BAGA beach is at a walk able distance. This guest house has a nature's touch. Rooms are BIG and clean. Service is fast. Bikes are available for rent.

Don't stay at this hotel as they will ditch you at the last minute leaving you stranded. I had made a confirmed reservation with this Hotel 4 months ago through booking.com and was all set for this trip, and just one week before my trip the Hotel fellows inform booking.com that they cannot accommodate me and honor my reservation making...

Basic, clean, no frills place. Hot water and air con worked. Joanita is a very nice friendly lady and her daughter in law (russian I think) cooked us a lovely meal in their very small on site restaurant. The beach is a few minutes walk and so is the busy st with restaurants and clubs. My friends visa card got...

Me and my family and family frens stayed in Joanita Aunts Coattage and it always fill at home. We are group of 11 adults and 7 kids stayed at this place wonderful exerience. Clean just 3 min to beach.just a great place to stayed with reasonable price can opt to cook self as well.very helpfull aunt jianita.

I would have given a totally different review if we were in this place at a different time in Goa. This place is no doubt a great place to stay, if you are in Goa with friends. Have been to Joanita aunty's place twice...its a 5 mins to baga beach walk, homely, neat and clean, no-frills place at an amazingly affordable price. We figured out Goa was a place wherein u needed a place to sleep, have a bath, and near the beach....Joanita aunty offers all of this and even more..it has an old world, unique charm...
