We spent one night here and it was good value. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have air conditioning. It has a nice pool too. The only thing to be aware of is that it’s quite small so there isn’t always someone on reception. So if you need to leave early or similar make sure you let them know in advance. They were very accommodating with this for us. Also be aware that the bar/restaurant only opens at 4pm. There are lots of good options nearby though.
This was a great little place! One of the best at this low price point that I stayed in in Costa Rica. Room are recently built, smallish but very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. There's a pool and a small bar/seating area. The owner and staff were very helpful. The spectacular national park beach is a few minutes' walk away and there are a couple of restaurants within 10 minutes walk, more in 20 minutes (note that if you don't have a car, Uvita is relatively spread out).
Great spot being minutes from the National park, beach and a few places to eat. Hotel itself has a pool and bar and would suite younger people as music wrapped up late every night and walls are paper thin (there was yelling and swearing from angry guests because others played music after 11pm). Room was clean and no fuss but bed and pillows were uncomfortable and smelt very strongly of chemicals. My window looked straight into the pool area so if I wanted privacy I had to shut my blinds and be in darkness. Air con was great but tv didn’t work. Cleaners knocked and woke me up even though I asked for no room service. Would be better suited for someone passing by.
A great place to relax and get out !!! Cool Apartment cabins in the comfort of the bush. Beach, National Park or sea excursions all within a few minutes !!! Rooms and apartments clean and modern !!! The staff is nice and helpful And especially Mauricio Mega dude !!!! I recommend !!!
was ok..but I was going to spend another night so I didn’t check out at 10, and the owner (male) busted into my room WITHOUT KNOCKING at 1130, to me a 20 something single traveler female while I was half naked in bed. I was so terrified I thought I was going to be attacked or worse. He said « oh I thought you left » even tho I had not checked out and my car was still in the lot of 3 cars….. I had to ask him to pls leave and shut the door and stop staring at me. HUGECREEEP don’t stay here female solo travelers
The room was small, but clean (AC in the room). Next to the beach. Nice pool and seating area. Great staff! Very helpful and kind. We booked some amazing tours there (snorkeling and Corcovada hiking tour). You can order food from restaurants nearby and get drinks from the bar. Best hotel we stayed in during our trip in Costa Rica. Las alemanas ;)
We arrived here after a long journey and we were so happy we booked here. The team were so kind and welcoming. They helped us to order food, made sure we had what we needed and went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. The accommodation was perfect for us. We loved the location next to the beach and the wildlife was incredible. Highly recommend!
After living on a nearby mountain for a month, I was excited to come down and stay poolside in a room with no insects, a lovely clean, modern bathroom, air-conditioning and WiFi. It rained a lot while I was here for 2 days so I didn't do much beach time, but it's a quick walk and towards evening is worth the view. Fresh breakfast served every morning and good Costa Rican coffee, plus nearby access to "sodas" and other restaurants. The staff here are helpful and welcoming and it's very affordable.
Boutique style without compromising the wallet - this little treasure is nestled in the jungle with a small walk to local experiences, shops, food and the beach. The hotel is clean and well cared for by a supportive staff. Breakfast is included, just be sure to tell staff the night prior what you would like so the right amount will be prepared for. Got the opportunity to meet the owners and hear about the development of the hotel as well which provided even a greater appreciation for the place because it is apparent that they genuinely care about the place and put good thought and energy in the creation. Ultimately, could not have thought up a better place and experience to be in.
Nice hotel that has all you need. Clean rooms with AC and a fan, swimming pool, bar, car park, tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff! 5min walk from the beach, close to the famous "Whale Moses Pass" which is amazing. Nothing that we disliked at our stay. Totally recommended.👍🏻
