Beautiful location and building, a converted 16th century church. We were on the 2nd floor with stunning sea views. The view from our bathroom was also good, I sat in the bath and looked out at the sea and sky. Staff are friendly and efficient,...More
Nice comfortable hotel with lovely sea views, great staff, great food and service. Able to walk around the area. Unsure if the area would be so peaceful I. The summer but lovely in early April. Highly recommended

We booked a room with a balcony in May, but have a question regarding the bed arrangement in the room; we wrote the hotel but have not heard back on this. Our question is this: we understand that the beds in the room is either two twins, or a "double". In the USA, a double is a very small bed, supposedly for 2 folks, smaller than a queen, but in any event way too small for us, we are both over six foot. If the double means a king, that's super, but if it does not, we would really prefer two twin beds, but am not sure how to ensure this happens, or get our question answered, can anyone advise me? Thanks,
