The hotel is located in a quiet street very near to the main street, perfect. The room was clean and comfortable. We also had a small balcony overlooking the mountains, we can recommend that. Not all in the reception understand english, but especially the one in the evening was good at it and was very helpsom.

When we first arrived we were a bit put off by the entrance and the steep stairs to carry our cars up, but we were soon met by a warm welcome and a very clean and comfortable bedroom. Location is excellent. Nice and quiet but within easy access. Breakfast is very good. Croissants and range of jams and marmalades especially...

We enter the building which is under maintenance. No internet, no towel in the bathroom, a leaking shower and a small and fairly dark room. The room is relatively clean though, apart from the glasses that had quite a bit of dust on them. The hotel is conviniently place in the center of the small town, but that's about it....

Hello, and you thank you for this comment. I need, as a manager, and as this comment will be read, to give explanations. Internet is running really good, in all rooms, but sometimes, because of the big walls of our 19th century building, the signal can be weaker. But you know of course, that in the lobby it works perfectly,...

In the middle of town, on a quiet side street. Free parking right in front if you get lucky. Somewhat dated but clean. Good breakfast included in price with excellent coffee. Free wifi didn't always work. Staff friendly and helpful. A little expensive for what you get. Walking distance to the citadel. College town so full of bars.

Excellent position towards one end of the main section of Corte. Quiet when we were there. Staff were delightful. Young, keen to please and really impressive English. We were in a generous sized room with a modern en-suite and good quality shower. Breakfast was only 1 Euro and was just what we needed with coffee, juice, croissants, yogurts, breads, cheese,...

Pleasant, friendly and helpful reception staff, all of whom had good English skills. Well appointed and cool room. Good location. Poor bathroom facilities: don't flush the loo without putting down the toilet seat, otherwise you'll get splashed; 'daisy' shower didn't work; riser for other shower head was broken; extractor fan didn't work; soap bar and shampoo not replenished. When you...

Ideally located to explore the interesting town of Corte and its immediate surrounds like the gorges of Restonica and Tavignanu. Situated just off the Main Street, ten mins walk from the citadel and the main square of Place Gaffori. If you have a car, parking can be difficult. Try the space directly at the side of the hotel down a...

We walked into the into the Duc de Padoue and booked a room for one night. I wish we had stayed for a week! I have never been treated so well at a hotel, nor have I been offered such a complete and delicious and fresh breakfast (costs one euro!). The evening clerk spent at least half an hour helping...

Excellent service, great location, a solid choice for a good price in Corte. Staff was friendly and bilingual, hotel was recently refurbished and is well located downtown. Easy online booking. I have stayed at the Duc de Padoue 3 times and will definitely do it again.
