Very clean and friendly please the owner very helpful and couldn't do enough for us their were 5 of us plus 2 dogs would most defiantly stay again only 15-20 from port of Calais. Flexible breakfast times and didn't have to check out until 1500 with no extra charge ✔️✔️😀😀👍👍

Stayed at this hotel twice, the owner is incredibly welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the duplex suite at the end of the hotel, perfect for the five of us. Convient location for euro tunnel with beautiful rural views.

We phoned to say when we would arrive, there was no-one to help us for about 20 minutes but when the gentleman arrived he was very apologetic. He spoke only French which I enjoyed the challenge, he made a reservation for a local restaurant and then drew very detailed directions and offered to drive in front of us. The beds...

Our second visit and new proprietors in charge on this visit. The service was second to none and they took trouble to make it a pleasant stay. The room was good and we had a very comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was the best we have had in any hotel anywhere.

The final stop on our drive from the Quinta da Horta, Ferragudo, Portugal back to the UK. Having booked we found some sad reviews on this place and started to worry ...needlessly as it turned out. We gave the sat nav it's head to get us to the Auberge from Le Toquette, what a stunning drive even on a stormy,...

We booked this hotel as it was a short drive (twenty five minutes) to Calais for an early ferry crossing back to Dover. The room was big and well appointed with free WiFi available. We had a meal in the restaurant in the evening. The table was by a window and the view was fantastic. One of the party was...

This is an establishment we stayed in some years ago and really enjoyed, so on a recent visit to France, decided to do an overnight stay here again. This proved to be a rather mixed experience. I believe that this hotel/restaurant is now under different management and for me at least, the restaurant has suffered for this, but I’m getting...

Stayed overnight in a family room which was good because it was on 2 floors. Not very inspiring setting except for the view. Asked for demi-pension which was a bit of a mistake because it seemed rather expensive (30€) - we were given a meal of their choice and the main course was rather tired chicken. By far the best...

This establishment, bookable through Les Logis de France, is a restaurant with a few rooms (five, to be exact) attached. There are many such places in France and as a rule they offer a chance of a good meal followed by a night’s accommodation in moderately-priced accommodation; usually fairly basic but always entirely adequate for a brief stay. Le Grand...
