We arrived late for our 3 night check in. The place was beautiful and staff helpful. On day one we noticed our hot tub we paid the extra money for wasn't working. Informed staff, they stated they would get a technician in and in the mean time we could use a different hot tub, which in the time we were...

I would've rated this hotel 3-stars if it weren't for the staff. Both Eleni and the man who I first encountered showed me nothing but kindness, even when I was extremely irritated at being forgotten at the airport (I requested an airport transfer). The taxi was only 5 euros more than what I would've paid for the hotel-arranged transfer, so...

I stayed at a home a couple of doors down, but heard great things about the Zenith, so visited. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful view. You can use their pool if you eat or drink there. They make a very good Greek salad. Their prices were reasonable. They have a breakfast buffet, but unless you get there when...

Recently returned from 7 night stay in room 8. Warm welcome, Eleni and other staff couldn't have been more helpful. 54 steps down to our room, from the reception/bar/pool area - worth it for private balcony overlooking the caldera. The balcony had a couple of sun loungers and a table and chairs so perfect to soak up the sun and...

Loved this great hotel, staff were fantastic and the views were to die for. Thr room had its own little terrace with the views just pulling you in. Breakfasts were a mixture of fried, cereals and fresh fruit with all the trimmings. Snacks throughout the rest of the day were good as well. Staff also gave recommendations on places to visit...

My husband and I came for 4 nights for our honeymoon. The highlight for the both of us was the breathtaking view! The position of the hotel was perfect for us as we preferred the peaceful ambience rather than the hustle and bustle of Fira. The Appartment was clean and sufficient.. However the bathroom did have a slight odour. The...

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room we stayed in was quite beautiful and had a great view. However, one of the drawbacks is that there is no set location for reservations. When you arrive you will be ushered straight to the pool area and your bags will sit in the sun until your room is ready. Otherwise,...

Staying at Zenith Blue was such a good decision! The staff were all so incredibly helpful and hospitable. We arrived at 8 am and though we couldn't check in yet, we were greeted with complimentary breakfast and stunning views. The rooms were spacious yet cozy with an amazing private balcony (cave suite room). The location was good - a 20-30...
