We arrive at about 10 AM so our room wasn't ready yet.
The welcoming was great and the wonderful Alexandra treated us with coffe and cake, water and even a bottle of wine was awaiting us in the room, as this was our honeymoon.
We arrived early on the day of our check-in. Our room wasn't ready so we were offered complementary drinks in the reception area. Excellent!
We had a suit booked and stayed here for a week. The suit was fine but I had expected it to...More

not really they are partly shared, but this really is not a problem as you still have your own piece of space

We booked recently at Vinsanto Villas for sept 9-14. I have been to Santorini more than a dozen times and have stayed in Oia exclusively. This time we though we would try a different location in Imervirgili. Looking at the reviews which are mostly good we see there were many over booking nightmares. We just want to be assured that this switching around will not happen to us. This being a first time for us to branch out to a different Santorini location in 20 years of going there i would hope is uncomplicated and great as we have experienced in Oia. So this is our concern. How can you make us more comfortable that Vinsanto actually will have a caldera cave room available without a switching problem. I don't want this to taint our view of a new location to Stay in Imervigili.
Also we are coming in late on sept. 9th 2015, we arrive the airport at 10:30 pm and have rented a car. Hope there will be some one to help us check in and get us to our room. In addition we would like to know more about if there is a mini refrigerator and a way to make some coffee in the room.

We stayed at Vinsanto Villas early June. We had no problems with our room. The staff were extremely helpful at trying to make your stay an excellent experience. We had transport to the Vinsanto Villas and were met at the top of the road by the Nissa supermarket. There is some parking areas around there. Our driver phoned to say we would be there shortly. The staff carried our bags to reception area. Be prepared for the steps. We were welcomed with a soft drink as it was lunchtime. During our stay the staff stayed on to meet guests arrive late night or early morning. We had a really positive experience and would recommend you phone or email prior to your visit to let them know about your arrival information.
