We spent 1 night in Portmagee Heights. We booked that place on the day of arrival and we were lucky enough to find an available room in this B&B. Our room was tiny but very clean and in super condition. The host was very nice. Breakfast was very tasty.

We loved our stay at Monica's B&B! From the beginning, she was incredibly helpful via email with booking and details. We naively didn't realize that we should have booked tickets to the Skellig on a boat months in advance, thanks to the increased Star Wars publicity, but Monica came through for us and arranged passage on a boat only a...

Our trip to Portmagee was due entirely to our enthusiastic 14 year-old grandson, who wanted to visit the island of Skellig Michael where the end of the latest Star Wars movie was filmed. My wife researched that extension of our trip to the islands of Inishbofin and Inishturk, and selected the Port Magee Heights B&B. She had corresponded with the...

If you come all the way out to Portmagee to see the Skelligs, this is a lovely place to stay. (And when they say it is 600 meters away from the docks, Americans need to remember that 600 meters is longer than it seems!) The rooms are very comfortable, very quiet , & very pretty. We stayed in room 4,...

The rooms were comfortable, relaxing, private, and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious! Monica was friendly and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. She even stayed up late at night to see if she could get us on a sold-out trip to Skellig Michael. It worked! HIGHLY recommend.

Very clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed room. Delicious breakfast (the pancakes are amazing). Nice shower. Luxurious bed and pillows. Kind, gracious host, who helped us with booking a Skellig Michael trip. Big front lot with brick paving to park car. Short walk from the town and harbor. My 11-year old son was thrilled to see that a famous movie director...

This was a wonderful B&B. They were super accomodating and very friendly. The rooms and entire house was very luxurious. The hosts and the food were fabulous. It was only a quick 2 minute drive out of Portmagee. Highly recommend this B&B!!!!

Stayed one night with family of four. Absolutely beautiful family run little hotel with incredible views. The owners are warm and friendly and make you feel very much at home. The decor of this building is stunning and looks new. The rooms upstairs have sky lights that open up to views over the coast line. Highly recommended and excellent value.

This B&B was built to be a B&B just 10 years ago. It is beautifully modern and very clean. Monica, the owner, worked to find some open spots for us to get a trip to the Skelligs--she made phone calls to the boat captains when all spots on line appeared to be filled. The Wifi was the fastest we experienced...

What a great find. The place was so clean. We thought it was brand new and it was 10 years old. That says alot. The woman working the place owned it and it obviously was her love. My husband was sick and she was genuinely concerned about him and offered to get a Dr. I would recommend this place to...
