Loved this place in Portmagee!! Loved the room we were in overlooking the countryside with the sheep on the other side of the road in their field. So quiet and peaceful. The hostess, Kathleen, would prepare the traditional breakfasts each morning for us and they were so amazing. Reen Coast B & B was so homey we felt like we...

Upon our arrival, our host was not there. After a phone call, her husband let us in to a room that had an extra mattress and box springs leaned against the wall. Finally, our host came and we were able to choose another room with a double bed. The room was adequate, the bed comfortable enough, and the bathroom tight...

This is a simple, small B&B a bit outside of Portmagee by a small beach. Excellent views of sea and mountains and a friendly host make this a great place to stay. The room was basic but clean. Nice breakfast and Kathleen made great suggestions for walks in the area. She also tried hard to get fellow guests without bookings...

We are just back from Portmagee with our host Kathleen the trip was excellent. She is a great friend with a time for a chat and great tea in place. Would recommend to families and couples for a great break by the ocean. Great views, quite area, easy access to Valentia Island and town and to explore Kerry Cliffs and...

We stayed for a week in the apartment attached to this B&B and found it perfect for our needs. Conveniently located on the magnificent Ring of Skellig, and close to the sea, the apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped for self catering and has comfortable chairs, settee and bed and oil fired central heating. Kathleen, the owner, is most...

We stayed one very stormy night at Reen Coast. The B&B is a little outside of the village in a dramatic spot on the cliffs. We had a bit of a delay checking in due to Kathleen being at work - which needed a phone call to resolve - but she was very apologetic about this the next day. Our...

Myself and my boyfriend stumbled upon this b and b after a bit of a search for accommodation. We spoke to kathleen on the phone and she was most pleasant and friendly. We arrived at the b & after a long drive. We were greeted by kathleen and we're shown to our room. It was very basic... clean, bathroom was...

My mother and I stayed here for two nights. It's a small and charming B&B, adjacent a sheep meadow. It's situated a little out of Portmagee, in a green and tranquil environment. The nearby beach provides a picturesque walk to town along the seashore (which will take approximately 15 minutes). However, mind the tides, for during high tide there is...

I just had a three day stay at the Reen Coast B&B, I added an extra day because I loved it so much! Kathleen & Jerry O'Driscoll are wonderful innkeepers, very inviting and helpful. Kathleen booked my trip to the Skelligs, told me where to go for the most beautiful walks nearby to photograph the spectacular scenery, and made great...

A little out of Portmagee. Very clean and spacious family room ensuite. Kathleen is a most charming hostess who makes a nice breakfast. Tranquil setting, lovely views and a small beach within easy walking distance. The only 'noise' you may hear are sheep calling to each other and occasionally a dog barking. We will be back again.
