This resort is outside of town and not on the sea. With beautiful grounds, well maintained and with nice buildings in an interesting lay-out. But, the place is hard to find. Even the police in Polignano didn't know where the hotel was located! The turn-off from the main road is poorly marked and the pot holes on the road to...

This hotel is for couples that really seek pure relaxation and comfort . Great spacious rooms and a very professional spa and relaxation room. You do need a car in this area or you can use the scooters provided by the hotel

this could have been a 4 star review since the place is interesting . it looks like a old Saracens village from the past. BUT. -ves: the receptionsi at arrival asked us to go to the town to get 25 euro of cash which we needed to pay for a cab ride after we had just travel for 12 hours...

Offering nice and comfortable rooms in a secluded location in the countryside not far away from the sea, Borgobianco is a good base to discover the region. But this hotel is very disappointing in terms of quality of service which is condescending, inefficient and overall not in line at all with what one would expect from a luxury hotel. Management...

Nice hotel, beautiful pool area and altogether very nice. Food for breakfast and lunch was good (we went out for dinner) and room was adequate but as per previous reviews, this is not a 5 star hotel. The only area we were frustrated by was reception who did not seem to want to acknowledge us, never mind help, everything felt...

I have been to Polignano a Mare over the years due to friends living in the local area. I usually stayed at the Hotel Covo die Saraceni which is right in the town of Polignano, unfortunately it was fully booked so I thought I stayed at Borgobianco Resort & Spa for a change. Location wise, Borgobianco Resort & Spa is...

Very attentive and friendly staff. I have a gluten intolerance and thought it would be difficult to find eating options through out my stay. However, the staff was very helpful and surprised me by fresh gluten-free bread every morning. The hotel itself is very peaceful, amazing place to relax. Also the restaurant serves delicious local food.

We were surprised by the quality of the food at their restaurant and despite some of the diappointments decided to stay our three nights. Otherwise, we did not get wifi connectivity unless we stood by the door with the computer or smart phone. We had a water cut during our stay - this lasted over six hours. The sauna was...

Nice surroundings in a peaceful setting. Breakfast and dinner are of high quality. Unfortunately, housekeeping was extremely poor: During our stay of 5 days, the floor of the room and of the bathroom had not been wiped once. Sanitary was not clean and certainly not cleaned every day Same can be said about the showers in the spa: they looked...
