We stopped 2 nights on a driving holiday of Italy mixing cities and rural retreats. It was so wonderful to relax, read our books and drink Chianti. We used it as a base through the day it was easy to reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence, and many other breathtaking places. I had never been to Italy before but I'll be a... More

It was the second time that we spent a couple of days at Casa Medioevale and definitely not the last time. La Casa Medioevale is a wonderful Finca which is located in the charming vineyards, olive tree plantations and hills in the heart of the Tuscany. The beautiful garden, the refreshing salty pool, the cosy room, our exhausting morning run... More

Must do when in this area. This is a familyowned wine/olive-yard. The family is very kind, outgoing and helpful. Every room has its own theme (known writer from Tuscany). The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast is nice, always fresh-baked cakes. We recommend that you'll stay "in" for one night and try the dinner. (Must book in advance)... More

The house is an old style rural one, very well renovated. Rooms are very nice and clean, with air con and mosquito nets. There is plenty... More

My Husband and I stayed here for a week during our honeymoon. We had a truly relaxing time in the beautiful setting of this B&B, which actually turns into a mini restaurant at night. The family who run this business are welcoming, helpful and very kind. I would recommend a stay here any time.
