Recently spent a week here. We paid extra for breakfast, rather than just going for the self-catering option. Overall, for the price paid, we were very happy with the Revoli.

Is there any floor/apartment which would be safer in regards being broken into as we had a previous bad experience in tenerife. Also how busy is pool area. We arrive beginning august with our 9 year old. How far is the walk to the beach?

As for beaches Puerto Rico beach is a 10 minute walk away but we found Amadores beach a far more pleasurable experiance, avoid at weekends as its packed but midweek it was lovely, its €12 for 2 sunbeds and a parasol the sand is imported from the Caribbean and its in front of a strip full of restaurants one of which (Monaco) is one of our favourites, Amadores is a 20/30 minute walk away down a lovely coastal path or about 4 or 5 euro in a taxi but in our opinion its money well spent.
Pool is a good size but generally you have to get down before 9 to bag a couple of beds together it does get busy especially when your due to visit, we fly in on the 28th July with our 11 year old who loved the place last year.
