Despite decent to good reviews, my experience fell short. Unfortunately, as I was just passing through, I only had one night, so there wasn't any opportunity to change my impression. I was in a pretty small room, which can be expected as I was traveling...More
Comfortable stay, good sized rooms, fantastic location, very friendly helpful staff. Confortable large double bed - on the hard side which suited us perfectly. Tea and kettle provided on request. Good breakfast and we were allowed late check out at no extra cost.
First, the good news. The works to the promenade at Llafranc have been completed and very smart they are now (eventually) and criically important to the hotel. Also, Ana-Maria has returned after a break of 4 years and Nasta after a serious injury.
We stayed here in August for a few days. The hotel has a terrific location and a terrific lady called Ana Maria on the desk who very helpfully sorts out all issues , gives good advice and would be an asset to any hotel anywhere....More
I have to begin with saying that I usually go by Tripadvisor reviews before I decide where I want to stay. Inevitably they never let me down. The reviews are pretty much par to what I can expect apart from one or two occasions when...More

There are plenty of streets nearby ( some are up steep hills) that did not have parking restrictions when we were visiting. We were out of season so some streets may have seasonal restrictions, You will have to look when you are there. There is a large P for parking sign in the square nest to the hotel, I am not sure where it points to.
The town is not large and I am sure no one would mind if you stopped to unload outside the hotel. We did and it wasn't a problem.
The parking problem is not just for this hotel, all the hotels along the front have the same problem, I would venture to say this hotel, and the others on this side of town, are probably better placed than some as you are closer to the side streets for parking in the residential area.
I think the hotel did mention paid parking on their website.
Just remember nowhere is very far in this little town.
