I arrived home yesterday from a five night all-inclusive stay at Hotel Mercury with my husband and sister in law. First of all - I am absolutely perplexed by the negative comments surrounding the food - in our opinion it was truly fantastic. Enormous choice! My only comment would be that the puddings were strange, however for £270 per person...

Just spent a week here, lovely clean hotel, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Food fine for meat eaters but myself and my 2 daughters are vegetarians and one of them has coeliac disease so we really struggled with food although they did manage to find some gluten free bread for her. We lived on salad and chips for the week. Overall...

I went to this hotel in july with my family of 5. We arrived at night and were understandably tired and hungry. We were rudely greeted by the reception staff and eventually got our rooms sorted. Me, my husband and my youngest daughter daughter had one room, while my 2 older daughters (13 and 17) shared a room. Because of...

The hotel itself was nice enough. Staff were grumpy, and rude. Food was worst I have ever had. We ended up eating out even though we had all inclusive. Entertainment was shocking. Pool was nice but very crammed with sunbeds

So we had gone to reception where there were 2 very arrogant ladies who weren't very helpful or welcoming or pleasant they told...

We stayed there in September and had a great time. Everyone spoke English very well, was very accommodating and friendly. We checked in very late around 3am, and we actually got two single beds, but the night porter said he can't do anything then but it can be sorted the next morning, which it swifty was. Nice food considering how...

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was very tasty... especially the breakfasts. My daughter loved the snack bar in particular. The entertainment was alright but nothing overly special. The animation team were friendly but the activities were somewhat repetitive. Thoroughly enjoyable week but I feel was very expensive for what it was (its was in...

The overall build of the hotel is nice, it's situated in a lovely area. Many bars, restaurants and activities near by. Lidl is around a 15min walk away which is convenient. The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms were clean. Towels and bedding were changed daily, the room includes a mini fridge which is handy. My only fault with the...
