We decided to go to the Harbour Inn to watch the football which was being shown in the bar. They offer a good choice of mostly homemade food and the staff seem very friendly, however, we were completely surrounded by dogs! The ones by us were rather smelly too which is very off putting when eating. They don't allow dogs...

A friendly, welcoming pub, serving good food and a choice of drinks. Clean, comfortable seating and a lunch that did not disappoint. We will be back next time we visit and will try to sample more of the menu.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter for New Year! Great atmosphere! In pub and restaurant, staff and locals all made for great company! Our third visit to this top Inn, will keep returning here as always exceeds expectations. Well done to the management for a well run establishment

Great pub, proper flagstone floor for lunch. So many dogs inside it was like Crufts! Great seafood platter with cheesy chips add on hit the spot after a lovely walk to the beach and back. The local pale ale is first class as is the lovely staff, very helpful and chatty...and now they know how to make a muddy puddle.

We had some good food on our recent Christmas Break in Cornwall - our lunch at the Harbour Inn in Porthleven was no exception. We went in initially for a coffee but looked at the menu while sat down and also saw some of the food coming out so we decided to eat there. We both opted for the Pulled...

We had lunch at Harbour Inn in Porthleven. The ambience of the bar is very cosy and warm. Service was very friendly. The steak Cornish pasty was tasty but dry. Nevertheless, it was an enjoyable meal for GBP 4.95.

Every year we hold our branch Christmas Dinner and this time it was arranged in the Harbour Inn. We were around 20 in number. There was table service for starters and sweets and a self service style carvary for the main. The quality was excellent and we all enjoyed ourselves.

The Sunday carvery here is very popular and great value for the money if you don't mind the queue and the rather manic atmosphere. They do provide a gluten free gravy if you don't mind waiting for it and on the whole I would recommend it to hearty eaters who like to pile their plate high. There were two choices...

Popped in for lunch, the Inn was really busy for a sunny day in very late November, but it was explained that they do a very good carvery on Wednesdays & Sundays! The welcome was very friendly despite being busy, we enjoyed a macaroni cheese starter and calamari with scampi and a fish pie to follow with a bottle of...

Didn't eat here but popped in every other night for a post dinner drink. Without exception the staff were happy, friendly and created a great atmosphere. Saturday night with the live music playing was particularly good. Will miss it when I return home. Especially the great St Austell ales.
